Had a confirmed appointment by email, they couldnt find me in their system. Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they would work me. Waited another hour they said they were backed up and they apologized. There was no one in the waiting room with me for an hour and 4 people left while I waited. Really poor customer service and management, not an experience Im interested in repeating.

Absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. He does not care about his patients and never contacts them back even if its urgent. I had an allergic reaction to my medication he put me on and I called to ask for help and they told me he was busy and would call back later and never did. I spent the whole weekend with blisters on my face.

Fantastic customer service, and the new Dr., Dr Phillips, takes his time and explains things in a great way. I would recommend him or Kayleigh the esthetician to anyone in the surrounding area!

Waited for over an hour. Patients that had appointments after me were called before me. I had to go to the front desk and find out why this was happening. All they could say was, " I dont know". Very disappointed about the lack of professionalism.
