I just had my second visit to Dr Nos office and it was just a pleasant and professional as the first visit. It is a beautiful modern office with a lovely skin spa. I had a facial and microderm abrasion and peel on my first visit and some freckles evaluated. My interactions with the staff members, esthetician and Dr No was excellent. On my second visit, 3 weeks ago, I had Dr No consult on Botox and fillers. He was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. He didnt push for me to do them at all but educated me on the options. I agreed to move forward with the injections. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and I found Dr no very calming. He moved very quickly and confidently and before I knew it, it was over and the results are subtle but amazing! I have had countless friends wonder what my secret is! Of course, I share my secret is Dr No! I will be a loyal client of this very talented doctor.

Have to agree with the experiences of some of the other reviewers. The amount of time that I waited was four or five times longer than the amount of time I was actually being seen by Dr. No. While I cant say that he was unprofessional, I definitely was not made to feel very comfortable or valued as a patient. The presence of Dr. Nos assistant in the room felt completely unnecessary, and her aftercare instructions were incredibly unhelpful and unspecific; her demeanor could only be described as rude and slightly condescending. I also wasnt told until afterwards that due to the healing process of the procedure, I will not only be in pain, but Ill be effectively unable to work until I am healed which is very very difficult for me. My overall experience at this facility was unpleasant at best and horrible at worst, and I definitely will not be returning.

Dr No was pleasant, professional, and quick. His staff were exceptionally rude. The technician who accompanied him in the room was awkward and cold and managed to make the experience of being mostly naked in a paper gown even less comfortable than usual. In addition, her pace felt hurried and her medical knowledge and home care advice left something to be desired. The receptionist also seemed to lack basic social skills like eye contact and set the tone for the frankly unfriendly encounters I had with most of the staff. After my appointment I compared my experience to that of my friends who have seen Dr. No and found that they had similar complaints. While Id be pleased to be a long term patient of Dr. No, his staff is enough to make me look elsewhere.

Hi, I was very disapointed from the rude staff and from Dr. No! I felt that he was too quick!! and wanted to move to the next patient! his assistant was there too and made me feel uncomfortable! then she tried to sell me some kind of cosmetic stuff that I didnt need. I felt that I was there for him to earn money and not so for myself. Ive also recieved a large bill in the mail, I was supose to pay only half of it wich I did after an argument with his stupid assistant. A bitter experience! It was my first and my last time! Ive never steped there ever again. By the way I waited about ONE long hour before seeing him.

I have had similar experience as others with this office. After a moderately wait in the lobby I was sent into an exam room asked to undress and then Dr No came in with his assistant who was simply there to take notes on the charts for him as he was too lazy an inconsiderate to do it himself. He quickly zapped off some moles and I was out the door. yes quick is good, but the whole experience was very awkward. I am in need of another appointment and was looking up the contact info and read the reviews.... Glad to see I am not the only one that has a problem with the way this guy operates. Very rude.

I am very high risk for melanoma (and have had it -- caught early -- twice). When my old doctor retired, I spent several years looking for a new doctor I could trust, and wouldnt find extra biopsies to do for what Im guessing is more money (1 had me do 13 at once). When a friend told me about Dr. No, I went, and knew from the first moment that he was the real deal. Nothing but professional, precise, and there is no question he knows exactly what hes looking for. I FINALLY found my permanent doctor!

My family has been going to Dr. No for many years and we have all had our issues. But no matter the situation, we have always been extremely happy with Dr. Nos assessment and treatment. We really enjoy his professional style - easy going, communicative and articulate. The office is well run and I never seem to have to wait very long.

What a Great Office!! I was so impressed with Dr.No and his staff. I unfortunately had a skin cancer and needed surgery and the staff called to check on me and they were all very informative. I am pleased with the outcome of the proceedure and will be returning to the office in a few months!

Dr. No and Insiyah are awesome! I have seen them both and have had nothing but great experiences! They have helped me out multiple times and I cant help but notice how clean the office is kept. The staff are always friendly and look like they love their jobs! =)
