Horrible office staff. I showed on-time for a 2:10 appt with Parsons on 7/10/15. While checking in I inquired if the Dr was running on-time. Leslie very rudely said no and wouldnt give me an estimate, its very obvious she isnt concerned about the patients. When I further queried her as to a ball park time frame she loudly states "I cant see thru walls". Long story short, the office manager is also ineffective, he admits they overbook and are rarely on time.

Dr. Mary Horner is a warm, compassionate and exceptionally able dermatologist. And the office staff, especially at check-in, cannot be beat. Ive been a patient there for several years, starting with Dr. Layne Hersh, and was concerned when she told me of her retirement, But Mary Horner has surpassed by expectations as her successor.

I found the staff friendly and professional even though it seemed my appointment was lost. Dr. Parsons warm and pleasant manner while performing minor surgery was quite amazing. And, appreciated.
