I have been a patient of Dr. Amini now for about 6 years and I have NEVER received poor care from anyone at this office. In fact, its been the complete opposite. Whether I call, or walk in, I am greeted by name, which for someone who doesnt like to go to the dentist, is instant comfort and eases any anxiety I have. And being that the staff has been pretty much the same for the last 6 years I have been going there, has to say something about this practice. Staff- The front staff, Jackie and Elaine are always friendly, helpful and always smiling. Maybe its because of MY great smile that I have now?? Either or, they are GREAT! Back office- equally as great! JR makes me feel comfortable while doing my X-rays and does a fantastic job doing my cleanings. And then there is Dr. Amini, I have never had a dentist that I liked, and I LOVE Dr. Amini. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I 100% trust him with my smile. For years, Dr. Amini has been telling me that I needed to get my 2 lower wisdom teeth out, and I have refused, not because I didnt believe him, I knew my wisdom teeth needed to be pulled. I knew it was impacted, but I was scared! Finally, after years and I do mean YEARS of debate with him, I finally took his referral and went to see Dr. Rabinovich. That office was just as professional and Polite. The procedure went very well, and I had normal healing time. If I had known everything would go this smoothly, I wouldve done this years ago!! Even though I live in San Jose, and have to make the trek to SF for my dental appointments, I will continue to do so, and will continue to refer anyone I know to Citident.

Dr. Vo and the rest of the staff at Citi-dent are really just great. No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but coming and getting the work done in such a state of the art professional environment with such efficient, professional and friendly staff makes it all that much easier. I have had to have a lot of catch up work done the last couple years and Dr Vo and the staff have been so helpful at every step of the process. They let me know what all needs to be done and are very upfront about what it is going to cost and to set up a plan for what work I can get done based on what coverage I have and can afford. When I have had to go out of pocket when I am over my dental insurance coverage they have always provided me a discount. I have had to have a few crowns done and they make them there same day if you want. Dr. Vo always calls personally to follow up on every visit to make sure everything is OK and they dont hesitate if something needs looking at. I am really glad to have found such a great dentist office and wish I had started with them years ago. I also really like that they use the latest digital x-ray technology that requires a lot less x-ray exposure than the old conventional methods.

After being without dental insurance for almost 2 years, I finally decided to take care of my mouth the moment I was enrolled in this elusive benefit program. I was referred to Dr. Amini by a co-worker after my previous dentist butchered my mouth, and filled a cavity (down to the nerve). Me being a dentists nightmare (read: moneymaker) with all my unfilled cavities, Dr. Amini and his staff have always been able to give me same day or next day appointments, Ive been there about 5 times total. The facility is very modern, and the receptionists are very understanding yet highly professional. Heres the best part - the mouth camera. a tiny camera is used during diagnosing problems (or lack off, for the lucky). So thats what a exposed nerve looks like. Just kidding, sorta. Nonetheless, I give these guys a big recommendation.

I searched for a dentist from CitySearch and Dr. Amini was highly recommended. The office is simply a state of the art. They had already obtained my insurance information and all my benefits ahead of time. Very efficient. I had one cavity, not bad for not seeing a dentist for four years. They accomodated me by giving me a choice to come back or finish it that day. I chose to do do the filling. The assistant gave me a selectionn of CDs to choose from. From vivaldi to Metallica. Once I was numbed up, they started the cleaning followed by the filling . I didnt feel a thing and everything went very smoothly. I really "enjoyed" my stay at the dentist, something I always hated. And I got my free tooth brush and floss. I highly recommend Dr. Amini and his staff.

Dr. Amini and staff are a class act. There is so much to say. From the first greeting to "have a nice day" you are treated like a VIP. Besides the professionalism and compassion that you feel with everyone, the actual clinical work is way above standard. They use state of the art techniques and latest equipment such as CEREC and BIOLASE Laser, resulting in a pleasant, accurate, and efficient treatment. Also there is nothing in dentistry, cosmetic or otherwise that he and his staff can not do for you. Whatever you need done is done faster and better at Citident than any other place I know. I had to kiss a lot of Frogs to find the Prince. I am sure youll see the same when you go there. Julian G.

I like all the people who work at Citident - very friendly and accommodating. Everyone there makes an effort to make my office visit as pleasant and painless as possible. I trust the dentists expertise -- they really seem to keep up with the latest technology and diagnostics and are very professional. Location is perfect for my downtown job -- and they are always on time w/ appointments and work quickly. You know how you have that friend whose dentist gives her laughing gas or vicodin every time she goes? Well, that would be my one complaint against citident. No recreational drug use. Just kidding!

Dr. Amini is an excellent dentist. Citident has great service, friendly staff, and they dont do unnecessary work. One example without getting into details, Dr. Amini found a solution to a problem that prevented my having a root canal and cap. Why didnt my old dentist think of it? It saved me a bunch of money and also having to go through that procedure! Glad I switched. Youll also note that his office is one of the most technologically sophisticated offices around.

As always, my experience with Dr. Vo and everyone that works at CitiDent was nothing short of excellent. I was running late, like almost 15 minutes, but was greeted with smiles and assurance that it was all okay. A simple procedure of cementing in a permanent tooth turned into a cleaning and then having three cavities filled, all done quickly, w/o Novocaine, and saving me a trip back to the office. Dr. Vo and the staff are the best!

Five star service for sure. Dr. Amini is awesome, I trust him fully, and never feel that he pressures me into any specific direction with my treatment. I have been coming to Dr. Amini since 2003 and continue to stay with him, driving an extra 30 min to go to his downtown offices. He also is a "true" Doctor, always taking the time do discuss concerns I have without making me feel rushed.
