This has to be one of the most hostile dental practices that I have ever encountered. Youll know what Im talking about once you give them a ring. Most likely youll be greeted by the hostile receptionist, Rosie. I booked an ortho consultation more than a month ago and was told that the consultation would be free of charge. Today was my appointment and when I opened the door, I was greeted by Rosie with a mono tone of.."yes?". Absolutely no smile. I expected it because I had already spoken to her on the phone and she was that way as well. It really seem like she got off the wrong side of the bed everyday. I wouldnt even treat strangers on the street like this. After waiting for 10 min, she called and told me that my consultation would cost me $50. WTF!! I was told free consultation previously. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently the manager was working from home. She put me in contact with her over the phone. The manager (Lucy) then told me that yes it would be free, as long as you have insurance, then it would be free, because wed charge your insurance and then it would be free to you. OMG.....Ive never encountered a medical office this scammy!

Scam- using a dental office to spam Google! not even located at the location- scumbag locksmiths deceiving the public.
