If I could give this facility a negative star, I would. Fortunately for Western Dental at Mission Street that is not an option. I went in today for a regular check up. Upon entering the facility the person at the front desk blatantly ignored me. She was on the phone, which was fine, but once she hung up she just ignored me. Making her coworker in a farther chair and behind the door that leads to the patient rooms check me in. This lady was very nice. Unfortunately that does not make up for the fact that I was at Western Dental for 3 hours and all I got was a 2 minute ortho exam, some x-rays, and when the dentist finally came to see and let me know what my treatment options were he was only there for roughly one minute. I was not informed about details on what is going on with my teeth, but what they did make sure was to let me know how much money they needed from me. I spent more time talking about the cost of whatever it is I needed than the details of my condition. I have now called twice to request this information since they did not give it to me on my visit. The lady on the phone was very rude and continued to tell me that she did not know when they would get back to me. To me, it seemed that all they care about is how much money they will get from you instead of actually caring for you as a patient. If you are looking for a positive or even informed experience when going to the dentist DO NOT VISIT THIS FACILITY.

Worst dental experience ever! I do NOT recommend Western Dental and I will NOT be returning! During my visit I waited in the office 3 hours for a basic cleaning, which took the doctor a total of 10 minutes, and a night guard. The woman who placed the insert to cast my teeth choked me. Furthermore, I paid upfront $400 for it. It has been 4 weeks and it is still not ready. I called to inquire about it and the woman who answered told me she doesnt know. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said that there is no supervisor on-sight (which I find very hard to believe). She refused to provide me with her name and she hung up on me. I will not be returning to Western Dental again. UPDATE: I went by the office to pick up my night guard. IT WAS NOT CAST CORRECTLY. Now I have to wait several more months in order to receive what I paid for!!!!!! Its no wonder Western Dental receives 1 star reviews across the board. I came here to save a few hundred dollars, but it is not worth it! Second UPDATE: Returned for the second time around. THE CAST WAS WRONG FOR A SECOND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MANAGER ERNESTO CORRUBIAS IS EVADING ME. WESTERN DENTAL OWES ME NEARLY $400 FOR SERVICES NEVER PROVIDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I come to this dental office for ortho purposes. I was treated with nothing but respect and the staff made sure I was comfortable with every decision that was going to be made for me to get my braces. The staff are all very welcoming and you can tell they care about their clients by always providing positive energy. Everyone has a smile and talk to you in a respective manner. They have one of the bests payment plans compared from other orthodontist. The front desk staff are very patient when it comes to rude and unhappy clients, and that takes a lot for them to be able to deal with it and still have a smile on their faces. The staff who work on my braces are very honest and make sure I am comfortable when they are working on my teeth. I couldnt be happier with my decision of allowing western dental to assist my teeth. Not to mention they are also in the middle of transition from different locations and its very impressive that its not noticeable. Everything still remained profesional.

I understand why everyone gives such awful reviews. I scheduled my appointment and then saw the rating the day of. I was hoping everyone was wrong, but they werent. Do NOT go here or really any of the Western Dental places. Their line, "How can we make you smile" is literally a lie. I received a call from them 4 times. I called them back 3 times and spoke to someone who only confirmed my appointment and my information. I took the day off so I could go to the appointments. The day of my appointment, I received the 4th call and I was able to actually pick up. They told me that the office wasnt open yet from the renovations and they needed to reschedule my appointment although they said that it was going to be open end of March. Its the end of April. I called back THREE. TIMES. And a 4th time to confirm something about my appointment. How can you tell me that FOUR different people did NOT know that the office was open?? I am absolutely livid.

Horrible customer service! I called in to check for my existing appointment and was told that I did not have an appointment by mexican lady operator who answering the phone. This was extra disappointing because today is the only day Ill have off for the next three to four weeks and I have a very sore tooth. Luckily I was able to call back and just press number 3 instead of number 2 when I was prompted to do so by the operating system. The man that I spoke with confirmed that I did have an appointment and he also said that he was going to place a complaint for me to the supervisor of this office. Im not sure how far that will actually go. How many people have been told they didnt have an appointment wirh so much attitude only to find out they did? To add to this horrible experience, I was never called to confirm my appointment today and I was never emailed either.

I have been coming to this office for years both of my kids have had ortho treatment the service is great the staff is great very respectful and the wait time is not bad i personally recommend this place. Also if you need help with any question talk to Tania very nice person who gives you all the information you need she helped me alot also Dr.Lee who is the ortho doctor who is really amazing he has made my 8yr old son not feel scare of his braces and also Anny who in general makes is a very nice person also very funny makes u forget about the pain..I been to different dentist office and honestly this is so far the best...

This place is a nightmare. It took me over 2 months to get a crown and the day I went in for a root canal they told me they couldnt preform it. I was at the office. I had booked the appointment two weeks in advanced. Why did no one tel me until I was there?! They are STILL billing me for a root canal I DIDNT get. If you have a choice go ANYWHERE but here. This has been a living nightmare. They are still sending me bills for $550 for a procedure THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I have called almost every week and have been told the issue is resolved but its only lies. Theyre basically criminals.

Worst dental service EVER. I waited 3 hours in this office just to have my teeth cleaned. They stuck me in an ugly room in the back and basically forgot about me. When I complained about the long wait, they said that they are really busy on Wednesdays and Thursdays, like I should have known than. The equipment they used seemed to be defective, too. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.
