I took my son (7) to Potrero Hill Dental yesterday and am so happy I did. He had been going to a place in the Mission, where they told me the staining on his front teeth was permanent and a result of a fall when his teeth were coming in. After the visit to Dr. Louie, his teeth are pearly white, with no sign of trauma! She cleaned them thoroughly and talked with him the whole time, answering questions, asking him how he felt, letting him try all the instruments. He actually had a great time at the dentist! When he was getting ready for bed last night he got the floss out right away and brushed carefully. I love my dentist but am going to switch as well. They are currently downtown (through summer 2017) because of a fire in their building on the hill, but it is worth making the schlep even so. I am so happy to have found them!

I dont often feel compelled to review businesses online, but this one is worth it. Went in this morning for a 6 month cleaning and had a fantastic experience. Besides the office being really well designed, everything being brand new, and the location being right in Potrero Hill, Kendra, Erica and Dr Ly were all super nice and very knowledgeable. Very excited that theyre in the neighborhood. Ask Dr Ly about the experience of choosing an architect, picking a logo, and actually building the office. Its a fun story with a great result : )

I left impressed. Dentists/hygienists were super nice, fast, efficient. They were able to schedule my toddlers at the same time and were great with them, as well. Had cartoons on the screen, played games with them, and had a little kid area in the waiting room. Really a pleasant experience. Seemed very competent. Nice, clean, modern / new office, too.
