I only go here because they have civil surgeon who take cares of immigration paperworks. So if you are looking for someone to do your immigration health clearance, read on, here is my experience: I had a total of 2 visits before everything is finalized. Remember to bring all of your vaccination record with you on your first visit. Be ready to wait for 15 minutes for your turn. During my 2 visits, I only saw the civil surgeon once, the rest of the examination was done by nurses and technicians. Overall the experience at the office was so far so good. Please note that after they finish examine you, the civil surgeon would fill out the health clearance form required, seal it and give it to you so you can send it along with your whole immigration paperwork to USCIS. You do not get to see the form the doc signed. When I have my interview for my greencard, the interviewer told me that the only problem with my case is that my health clearance form is NOT SIGNED and DATED by the civil surgeon. Also, it is incompletely done!!! I had one day to get it signed and brought back or else my case will be delayed. I called them immediately just to find out that the doctor who takes care of my case was on vacation, she wont be back until 3 more weeks!! She put down her name, license and everything, just not her signature, date and didnt fill out one page. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I called them every 1 hour just hoping to find a way to solve it that day so that I can return within the day and my case wont be delayed. After that, I lost hope and just waited for the doctor to come back from her vacation and accept the fact that my case got filed back. One week later, they call me saying their office manager got everything done for me. This was very surprising and nice of them. I do not blame any of the employees, nurses and especially the office manager. They were very helpful to resolve the problem. The rating is for the doctor who obviously did not do her job right. Maybe if you are looking for a place for vaccination or anything that can be done by nurses, go here. But for your immigration health clearance, avoid at all cost.

I visited Dr Agnes office and I was sent a bill of $129 though I do have valid Med Insurance, for some reason I was told to pay this bill. I called up the billing department of Dr on Duty they were so adamant of not accommodating a single penny discount. I simply requested merely a $29 discount. as many physicians are generous enough to provide some amount or courteous discounts to their patients. but this office despite a telephonic and written request remained adamant and asked for full payment of 129 and not accepting even a single penny less than that. I have seen many Physicians those values customers situation and needs but this office does not.

Quite honestly this is a last resort type of urgent care clinic. They are not only disorganized but also lacking in basic knowledge. As a RN student I feel that the service is extremely poor. The charges were quite expensive and the physician somewhat rude until I informed her that Im also in the medical profession. If possible avoid this place. Go to the nearest county hospital where care is through though slow.

I went there for an urgent care issue early in the year. Reason for my rating is that nothing bad or good came from the visit. Couldnt really find what was wrong with me but that isnt necessarily the fault of the people there obviously. I came in the evening after dark so parking wasnt bad. But I know during the day parking can be a pain depending on the hours. ...is this all worth a review?

My son needed a physical and Dr. on Duty was recommended. I quick phone call to them and we were told $40. We asked about extra charges and were told almost never was the total above $40. Weve now been charged over $160. Dr on Duty sent out for lab work without disclosing the need or the charges. These guys are rip offs and should be avoided at all costs.

Go some place else. First visit they misdiagnosed my chest pain, a sports injury, for a heart attack. Second my wife went to get a tetanus shot. They said come quick. Got there. Doctor says oh no time, we are closed in 5 minutes. Kicked us out.
