Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone first off. Second problem I had was the receptionist would call me with a mexican accent so heavy (by the way I am mexican american and I understand most accents) I couldnt even understand her and asked to speak to someone else and she was the only one that could help me! The dentist was great although she stops to chit chat alot and its very un comfortable with your mouth wide open and also if you had other things to do that day.I am on a sliding scale for payment which is great because it is income based, but she will only do one filling a visit and i cant get another appointment sometimes until two months later so its taking forever for my four small cavities.I am looking for another clinic.

My appointment was at 10:30. It is now 11:40 and Im still waiting room typing this. When I came to check to with whats going on at about 11:20 they said just wait a little bit longer...the waiting room has about 3 people here. This will be my last experience here. Update: they took me in at 11:46 and the lady said "wow Im sorry no one told me you were waiting for me, Ive kinda just been sitting back there not doing anything" NO MATTER HOW DESPARATE YOU ARE DO NOT COME HERE

Ive been going here for a long time. A few years ago i would say that this clinic was decent and had nice ppl that would help you. Right now all the people at the desks are rude and when i scheduled an appointment over phone and then came in they said i didnt have an appointment. So i would suggest everyone to stay away from this clinic. The customer service is horrible

After a terrible experience with prenatal care in Grass Valley, I was pleasantly surprised to be very well taken care of at this clinic during my pregnancy. The midwives were very knowledgeable and thorough, the staff was kind and supportive. I was very happy to have my prenatal care here. Thank you guys for taking such a good care of me!

Its difficult to get prescriptions filled when the doctor is only there once a week, not to mention appointments. The communication between the receptionists and the doctor must be confused at best because every time I ask to have a message passed to the doctor, he says he doesnt get it. These people are frustrating to deal with.

THE WORK IS PROFESSIONAL, EQUIPMENT UP TO DATE AND STAFF COMPETENT. THEY ARE USUALLY CHEERFULL AND HELPFULL. GO EARLY BECAUSE PATIENT LOADSMUST BE HUGE AND YOU CANT AFFORD MISSED APPOINTMENTS. DENTAL- GO EARLY ~ 7:30 AM? I AM THANKFULL FOR THE WORK THESE PEOPLE DO. RAYMOND J DISHAW
