This place is horrible. The staff and doctors can be friendly but they dont keep thorough records at all. Ive gotten scripts for a medication three separate times from them and each time, the meds have run out because the office has NO record of the medication in my file. Really? Youve written the script for me at least three times. They give you contrary information, dont follow up with you about anything, and will let you and your medications, even ones you need to survive, fall through the cracks. They will not give you timely responses to anything and it has gotten worse since they implemented the new phone tree, where its impossible to talk to a human being. Avoid at all costs if you value your health!

I happen to love this place. Im currently in school for medical assisting, and Ive not once had a problem with this place when Ive come in. Theyre very well organized and definitely well educated individuals. Also, theyre nice and friendly and very welcoming. Also, Maria. If youre going to rag on people for being uneducated, you might want to first get an education yourself. Its probably why the doctor couldnt understand a word you were saying.

The staff has always been friendly with me, but after two years of coming here I cant stand the rude treatment I received from doctors anymore. My doctor has always been curt and terse, and disrespectful. I suffered a very painful ear infection for four months because he did not treat me properly. One of the worst doctors I have ever had, please try to avoid this place.
