Buyer beware!! Read Story. I started at West Park Dental with braces and had good experiences, and the work was good. Sometimes fillings break, however they usually fix them for free within 6 months. Google searches revealed that fillings break sometimes, and it happens. Therefore, the actual dental work was okay. I found West Park Dental in an advertisement from a local magazine called "The Wave". Now here is the problem, after my braces were removed, West Park Dental started telling me that I had an average of 4-5 cavities per visit and I should really floss and brush my teeth daily. I floss every day and brush two times per day, so that comment haunted me. For two years, I had 4-5 cavities per visit drilled and filled, and each time a different dentist said the same thing. You see, West park Dental has multiple dentists and you get a different dentist each visit. Or, since the turnover is high, you could retain the same dentist for about a year. My last visit, the dentist said that I am probably going to need root canals my next visit because I just dont keep my mouth clean. A assistant showed me how to read my x-rays quickly and dark spots mean cavities and apologize because she was not a dentist. I realized that I did not have cavities and told the Manager Kelly. Kelly reassured me that I have cavities and that I was being paranoid. After 2 more visits and 10 cavities later, I decided to change dentists. My new dentist says my teeth are perfect, and my gums are healthy. My new dentist always complements me because I brush and floss my teeth daily and how healthy my mouth is. With my new dentist constantly complementing me for having no cavities, I realize that I was not being paranoid and West Park Dental is scamming patience. West Park Dentals work is good however they will drill your teeth for no reason at all. I feel molested in a way, so Buy Be Aware! Since their ratings have been low, employees have been leaving 5 Star ratings. If your dentist says you have cavities, review your x-rays with your dentist. Ask for pictures of your teeth x-rays and get a second opinion. Google "how to ready x-rays" before you let them drill your teeth. Or find a dentist that can be trusted. Good Luck!

An absolute ripoff center - One of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with. No lie. Its no use giving intricate details of my terrible experience... suffice it to say that I was charged over five times what the industry variously charges for the same work. Quickly and conveniently they cleaned out the funds available for me in my dental insurance account. They quickly, with giant inflated charges, got it all, and some of my cash too. They are not in the business of cleaning teeth - its about cleaning wallets. These people should be shut down and prosecuted. Sadly, I did my homework after the fact and unveiled that they had drained me like a sucker. What sparked my research was a conversation about the fees and work with another dental professional. It was suggested that I may have paid obscenely more than the industry variously charges. I then did some checking and confirmed it myself. NOW YOURE WARNED! DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM. There should be full state over-site of these outfits, but sadly there isnt. Finally let me add: it has been a year and a half since I went there, and the dental work they did is falling apart. I am furiously upset all over again.

First off let me say that Ive been coming here for years now. I have a really busy work schedule that requires me to commute quite often throughout the week. With that being said, we all need a visit to the dentist every now and then. Let me tell you this, the staff and manager there are so sweet. They will work around any schedule whether its early or late, they will accommodate to your busy lifestyle to the best of their abilities. Another thing I would like to point out is that the doctors are extremely nice. When going to the dentist the last thing you want to do is show your ugly teeth to the doctors. Nonetheless they know how to get personal and it makes me feel really comfortable every time I make a visit. Just a simple question like asking how your day went can mean a lot to a patient. With this being a dental office, there hasnt ever been a day where ive seen it dirty. Over all, I really do love this place. If you respect them, they will take good care of you. Simple as that.

I visited this dental clinic about 4 years ago. And I had very very negative feeling about this clinic. The staff was pretty bad. So I decided not to go there again. But later I visited this clinic last week, just to give it a try again as it is pretty close to my apartment. I would say that during my last visit, I was really impressed with the staff. I do not remember the doctors name correctly but I believe it was Dr. Juji Soparker. She was really good. She did scaling on my teeth. And after coming home, I noticed she did really high quality work. All my teeth are nice and cleaned. I had lot of yellow things on my teeth, all are gone now. I am impressed with this doctors skill. I even heard she was speaking Spanish with few other patients.... I would recommend this clinic to everyone. But be careful...I had a really bad experience few years ago. So not sure if they continue to be good all the time.

I went to this place for more than 4 years, never has any problem. The staff are friendly. The place is clean (yes, it is clean, it most important cause dont want to open my mouth and the dirt come in:)). I spoke with the lady Manager, she is friendly and know what she is doing. She explains very clear to me how much my insurance cover (not much nowadays) and told me what can be done. I did ask to do an implant for one of my tooth, she explained up front that I have to pay by myself since the insurance not going to cover. And yes, I did the implant with a discount she offer, so far so good, dont see any problem yet. I had the implant done since last year, so it is about 11 months now without any problem. Strongly recommend this place. However, make sure you ask for discount though, not hurt to ask :)

This place is horrible for children! The Dentist is very impatient and had the audacity to slam her equipment down and walk away from an 8 year old, simply because there were a bit of water works!!! She quickly moved on to the next patient having us wait there with no clue as to what we were waiting for! Figures, since we have Medical they feel they can mistreat us as they dont pay them much anyway. The only dentist that takes medical there is only available on Fridays but should just refuse service to children altogether if she cant handle them. I can see if my child was kicking and screaming but for some quiet petrified tears the dentist was extremely rude and immature. BEWARE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ELSEWHERE!!! THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF THEYRE DOING YOU A FAVOR! Smh.
