I had chipped one of my molar and they were able to squeeze me in during their lunch hours the following day which I really appreciated. Dr. Sun was extremely attentive and gentle, checking in with me frequently and hes so good at numbing I didnt even feel much. He made sure to explain carefully what is needed to be done and showed me my tooths condition with x-ray and internal camera every step of the way. I needed a crown to replace the chipped tooth and I used my insurance to pay for part of it. Veronica, the receptionist, was very helpful at explaining the pricing of the procedures and checking my insurance for me. On my second visit, Dr. Sun, the assistant, Jessica, and Veronica stayed few hours past their closing time to deal with some complications during my temporary crown fitting since my I had a very shallow molar. Now I have the new crown installed and I havent had any problem with it. The level of care I received here was above and beyond compared to any of my past dentists. I cant recommend them enough!

I came here on May 5th for a dental implant consultation. Consultation itself was not an issue, but the service from the front desk was rather poor. After the consultation, I waited for a hardcopy quote. However, it seemed like front desk lady was reluctant to prepare a written quote. Instead, she just kept showing me an estimated cost on the calculator and started assisting another patient. Additionally, she did not apply my actual dental insurance coverage when she showed me the cost on the calculator. I ended up leaving without knowing the actual cost for the dental implant that I would have to pay out of my pocket & hardcopy quote. Although I had a high hope for this dental group, I am not sure if I would return to get any work done due to a poor service from the front desk.

My life-long fear of dental procedures has stopped because of this professional team. Ive had 7 implants thus far and everyone of them was pain free, done quickly and with concern for my comfort. This is an amazing team of dental professionals. My daughter is now seeing them for orthodontics and has had a wonderful experience. This is a one-stop, do everything you need practice. No more running from one specialist office to another. A cohesive plan is made for all your dental needs. They send appointment reminders by text and phone calls. I never miss an appointment. There care has been life changing for me!

Had several implants, several root canals, several extractions by various dentists who have all done their dental work to high standards. There efficient and Ive never experiences any pain full Dental work, even on extractions. Dr Ahn will be there for you if there is a problem, he has helped me in many ways as a patient there for the last 4 years. Central Dental Group is leading the way in implants and there at a cost that is reasonable, as is most of their work. Their growing and I give them five stars not because they are perfect. but theyve been quick to fix any problems when there is one. *Bart Kay*

I have had already six implants at this office, I am a happy with the medical result and the cost of it. It was far more reasonable than some other dental offices offered to me. Dental cleaning, fillings crowns were done fast and I do like the quality of the workmanship too.Implant steps were well explained, if you need bone graft, that cost you more, plus extra time, it went accordingly to the schedule. Other implant centers wanted to do lot more un-neccerary work. Will probably need some more implants, so definitely I will come back again. Zoltan, Santa Cruz, 5*****

Ive been going to them for 3 years. I checked out several other places first but they seemed the most experienced and less that half the cost of my prior dentist. They have been so thorough, efficient, professional and up front about all costs and risks that Ive recommended them to anyone who asks. My upper and lower implants have worked well, with no complications ever since they were installed. Very nice, competent and efficient staff and a very professional facility. I have one more molar to replace and will be back there once my next insurance kicks in.

This dental group is a total rip off! I went there for implant, they performed unnecessary surgery without informing the patient of the extra charges ($1500). I went back to complaint afterward, was told that you signed a consent form, too bad. Before the surgery, after the numb you up, they asked signed whole bunch papers with medical terms; dont doctors have to explain what procedure they will perform before they cut you up? Scary!! I wont go there if I were you.

Theyre the best dental implant practice in the bay area. I had a very complicated implant case that were referred to specialists at other locations by two general dentists but they handled it in the office immediately very smoothly and it was done perfectly!
