I had a fabulous experience here. The staff was amazing and really went above and beyond my expectations. I had to bring my 2 yr old son for an exam as well as my own- which could have been a disaster! I called ahead to be sure the staff new that my son was 2 and they assured me they were prepared. There was an extra staff member in the exam room at all times with us to keep my son occupied. Dr. Fabian was fast but thorough with the exam itself and then he had one of his staff members stop working so they could sit in the waiting area with my son and watch a movie, allowing me to concentrate on my exam. The whole visit was long (as was expected) and my son was as well behaved as a 2 year old could be, but the staff didnt even bat an eye or show signs of frustration. The office was great. and they even sent me a thank you card- I think I should have sent them one! In reference to the other reviewer that mentioned being charged for a future procedure- they charged me for a future procedure as well but informed me of the charge and did offered to let me pay at the time of procedure. Because I knew I needed the procedure I paid in advance. I didnt feel conned, because they were up front about the charge. It is an odd concept but I think it is done well (if they communicate process) and it ensures a return visit. No problems here.

The doctors are thorough, profession and seasoned. You can tell theyve been doing this for years and that expertise really shows when theyre working with you. The support staff is lovely, patient and understanding. They worked on my glasses until I was happy even though this involved me coming into the office 3 times and lots of headaches and paper work for them. I was treated kindly and given lots of attention even on that third trip. Every person I worked with was understanding and took the time to help me and genuinely understand. So glad I found this practice! Also - their frames are fun, brand names and up to snuff. I was a little worried their styles might be out of date when I saw the decor, but dont let the homie atmosphere fool you. This is a top notch, high tech facility with lovely human beings staffing every position. Loved working with them.

I had the worst possible experience here with the staff ... almost to the point of being conned. Its not a matter of how expensive they are .. i would happily spend if they were worth it. I went in with a watery eye, and the doctor was great (the only saving grace). But now comes the conning part .... the doctor recommended me to get a test done, but not the same day. I said i would come back for it. I didnt pay much attention to the receipt they gave me, but when I saw it later, they had already charged me for the "future service" and put in bold ... "PATIENT OWES $X FOR THIS BILL", when I had already paid them for the services I actually got .. theyre charging me for a future service I may or may not get from them??? Go to them or not, its obviously upto you, but BE CAREFUL, and read your bill thoroughly before you leave!

Ive been coming here for about 15 years now. Have always gone to Dr. Fabian but like the other doctors equally well. I like the efficiency with which they do all of the pre-exam work. I used to come once a year when I wore soft contacts. I went through them for Lasik correction 5 years ago. Back now to have my left eye touched up. I have a mono vision correction, right eye does distance and left does reading. The distance correction is holding fine but the reading has slipped significantly. Not an unusual thing, and can be re-corrected. My only negative here would be the wait time between the actual exam and getting the office staff to process me out the door. Last time I waited 20 minutes to talk to someone about scheduling my Lasik date. Not sure if that wait was warranted but would prefer not to.

I have been a patient here for many years, have brought my kids here and have experience with all of the doctors and staff. I can say that I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors take time to explain things to you and help you make decisions about your care. Recently I had to bring my 2 year old grandson with me and the doctor allowed me to keep my grandson on my lap during the examination. Personalized care at its best. I highly recommend them to you!
