Just switched to this dentist after having a dental emergency. I was placed with Nancy Tang and she has been awesome so far. I needed a tooth extracted and she did a great job. Didnt feel a thing and it was over pretty quickly. Recovery was painless because she did a perfect extraction. Ive had a cleaning/xrays done as well and my teeth felt nice and clean afterwards and a few problem spots cleaned up nicely. I got another extraction and some fillings scheduled and Ill be getting some more work done here for sure. I hadnt been to the dentist in some time as Im a gagger (even x-rays are tough for me) and it can be embarrassing plus I dont like a lot of pain. Dr. Tang and her assistant (forgot her name) have been nothing but patient and Ive had no pain (yet..lol). Front staff is nice/courteous, in fact, I watched as a very rude/obnoxious/demanding customer was handled with patience, calmness, and even accommodation in spite of her nasty demeanor. All in all I like this place so far (Ill report any problems that arise). The only down side (besides the small parking lot...uugghh) is Ill have to max out my flexible spending account next year (and probably the year after...lol :( to get all the problems/issues corrected. That is my fault though so dont be like me and take care of your teeth people! Update****** Had more work done (another extraction and fillings) and everything went smooth as can be! Will be getting more done here and a bunch of work next year. Recommend.

A dental practice that takes care of the whole family. We love them! Upon first impression - the office is immaculate and beautifully designed. You are greeted immediately, checked in with a smile and offered bottled water. ALL of the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pham is very attentive and efficient! She will have you in and out in no time with a perfectly done procedure. She genuinely cares about helping you - does NOT push work you dont really need - and will listen to all your concerns. The DAs and hygienist are amazing as well - all work diligently to provide you with the best service possible. My kids actually look forward to their dentist appts. They especially love to watch a Netflix movie while having the cleaning. PSDC will happily work with you and go the extra mile to meet your needs!

Modern dentistry and over-the-top friendliness. Ive been visiting the dentist twice a year for as long as I can remember, but Ive never been to a dentist like this one before. Digital X-Rays showed things that my previous dentist missed, and an intraoral camera showed close-up photos of my teeth and gums. Both were displayed on a monitor over the exam chair. When it came time to do the dental work, a fancy vacuum system made it easier for me to hold my mouth open while ensuring that no water dripped down my throat. After this experience, I dont think I can ever go back to an "old school" dentist again. On top of this, the staff were all super friendly. Dr. Choi made me feel completely at ease. And they gave me a Starbucks gift card to apologize for being 15 minutes late on my appointment.

This is the one worst place. Dont go there they rob you like anything. Once you submit your insurance they take all the money out with extra charges and services. Dont trust those idiots and the women sit in the reception are very cunning. if they come to know that you are an engineer so in so working they kick you back and forth and get all the money out from your pocket. i dont recommend this place to anyone. Except Britney, everyone acts there with artificial smiles and wishes to gently kick on your butt. only main doctor (he is a guy knows something and do little bit good service but totally money minded) there is another lady also do but she doesnt know anything, she will screw the patients. Idiots, worst time i spend in that place in my life

I CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND ESTHER THE RECEPTIONIST DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHICH TIME SHE WANTS TO GIVE ME. SHE STATED THAT 4PM 440PM, & 430PM, SHE ALSO HAS AN ACCENT THAT AT TIMES I CANNOT UNDERSTAND, AT FIRST I THOUGHT SHE SAID "LETTER" BUT SHE MEANT "LATER". I SAID I WOULD CALL BACK. AFTER I CALLED BACK ESTHER SAID SHE CANNOT BOOKED ME AFTER 4PM. HER KNOWLEDGE OF MAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR CLIENT IS VERY UNPLEASANT. ARE THEY REALLY TRAINING THE STAFF CORRECTLY? I WAS UPSET OF THIS INAPPROPRIATE INFORMATION. I THOUGHT THIS IS A GOOD DENTIST. I WAS GOING TO BE A NEW PATIENT. I WILL NEVER BE A PATIENT OF DR. ANNIE PHAMS DUE TO UNTRAINED, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND GIVING FALSE INFORMATION!!

One does not usually associate happy thoughts with a dental office, but I am surprised to say, I was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff were extremely friendly and Dr. Choi was extremely helpful. He did not try to force anything on me, but merely gave me a detailed plan and suggestion on how to tackle my messed up teeth. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. 3rd Visit: Service was still as great as my first visit. Always greeted with friendly faces and Dr. Choi is always very mindful to make sure you are comfortable. Im very glad that I chose this dental office

I spent over $300 on fillings that eventually broke and left me in pain. I went back a month later and was told that "these things take time" and everything should heal. I was on a business trip at the time and was pressured into getting my teeth filled. After getting home, my regular dentist was shocked at the work performed and said that I did not need fillings in the first place. Perfect Smile also wanted to charge me money to send my X-Rays to my dentist. I now have to have new fillings put in and Ill need to pay for them out of pocket.

My first appointment was a checkup for me and my two kids, and I was very impressed with the way they handled us as a family. The warmth of the greeting and that they brought us all into the treatment area together was lovely, and great for reducing any anxiety my children might have had about going to the dentist. Nancy Tang is extremely considerate and goes out of her way to make sure that any discomfort is reduced as far as possible, which is a very nice trait to have in a dentist.

Honestly, I loved it, attention is amazing and it didnt hurt me a bit! Ive been to a lot of dentists in my life, and honestly, this one is the best. I got my wisdom teeth out, and it was very very good. I didnt get swollen or anything, it was fast and well done.
