Once you visit, please go to dbc.ca.gov/consumers/com… to file your complaint. They will tell you they are in your network (even after you tell them they dont appear to be). From there, they will tell you that you need procedures that you do not need. Do not trust them. They just want your money. The office is nice and the folks there seem nice enough, but dont be fooled by the hype. This place is a serious scam. Read through these reviews carefully and save yourself some time and money. Both my insurance company and my husbands have denied their claims citing: "A licensed dentist has reviewed the clinical information submitted and determined that this tooth does not appear to have decay or injury that would require a crown, inlay, onlay or veneer." and "A licensed dentist has reviewed the clinical information submitted and determined that this tooth appears to have sufficient tooth structure remaining to provide adequate support and retention for an indirect restoration" Two separate insurance companies had different licensed dentists come to the same conclusion. I have never had this happen in all my years. I am filing a complaints and will be asking everyone else who has had issues with them to do the same. This company will be flagged if they are not already, so if you do go, insurance companies will scrutinize your claims and they will be denied if they arent legit.

I was very impressed with the office and the way everything was run. They had very nice up-to-date technology and provided thorough care. I came in for a cleaning and also opted to get a filling for a chipped tooth from years ago. They made sure that my teeth were completely cleaned. Some of the scraping did hurt my gums, however, more than usual. Dr. Annie also filled in my tooth after my appointment rather than have me schedule another appointment, which worked well with my schedule. My overall impression is that this is a very well-run, attentive and well-maintained office. I am definitely switching to this dental office.

Once again Dr Pham and staff took care of me when unexpectedly I came down with an emergency condition needing attention. I was in a lot of pain and unsure what was wrong. they fit me in immediately and helped me understand what steps i had to take. in this case, was a referral to a specialist but the whole process was exactly what i needed at the time which was a trusted professional looking after my best interests. This type of thing is what keeps me loyal to businesses: an owner who genuinely values her customers and takes care of them. Thank you Dr. Le and Annie.

Dr. Pham is very skilled at what she does. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Also the whole staff is very nice and extremely helpful. 5 stars is not enough to describe my experience here. So far we have completely reconstructed my whole upper set with a partial that has included 6 extractions, bone graphs ect.. she has laid out a plan for my needs that works with my budget. Once again 5 stars is not enough.

Dr Annie Pham is the best dentist I have ever had, service is excellent, state of the art facilities, and best of all Dr Annie Pham takes pride in her work. I have never had to return after having work done. She has always done the job right the first time! Most of my life I hated going to the dentist but now I cant wait for my next visit. She and her team are a true professionals.

After reading the yelp reviews, I was reluctant to go to the dentist. Since I needed immediate attention to get my tooth treated, I had to take an appointment. As mentioned in the reviews, they only care about money! More than addressing my current tooth problem, the dentist stressed more on how other tooth fillings can be removed and new ones inserted. Really sucked :(

I have recommended multiple people to this office. The staff is great, the office is clean, you get to watch Netflix, and they are very accommodating of schedules. The only downside is that they outsource some more major procedures like root canals and wisdom teeth extraction (or at least used to). Dr. Lei runs a great practice!

The office staff greeted us with a warm smile. My two daughters were nervous going into the appointment, and they left with smiles on their faces. Dr. Chou and her staff were patient and kind, thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable. Office is clean and modern using current technologies. Great experience overall.

Really surprised that I did not feel anything when my wisdom tooth got extracted! The doctors were great! Both Doctor Pham and Doctor Le made sure I was comfortable and told me what was being done throughout the entire process. I have received positive and friendly customer service every time I have a visit.

Best dentists Ive ever visited. Ive had Dr. Choi for the past 4 years, and hes been kind, thoughtful, and understanding. He remembers my family and job, and asks about them regularly. All of the dental assistants, front desk receptionists, and other employees Ive interacted with have been equally delightful!

Just needed a cleaning initially and wanted to talk to the dentist about getting a dead tooth pulled. The hygeinest and the doctor were both very nice and professional. Am getting tooth pulled this fri☺ The front office staff helped me understand what my part of the insurance will be. Very happy experience!
