This place was HORRIBLE!!!! I went with my husband there for a dental check up. We checked in and I told them that we were having him do an apt to see how they were so we know if we will be bringing our kids there. Well we waited TWO HOURS before the dentist even saw us. She took us back looked at his teeth and told us we needed to come back a different day. I tried calling to schedule the next apt for him they never called us back. They took over a month to just give us a quote on what that cleaning will be! The staff was really rude. And very un professional. I recommend going somewhere else. ANYWHERE but here!

The front desk staff, Maria Bellosa, Idalia Alvarado, and Elizabeth Flores, are very professional and always trying to accommodate patients, even under a lot of pressure, they are always polite and helpful. Given that they have to deal with people in pain or uncomfortable with their situation, the girls are always nice. Its not easy to work with patients in pain. Maria is always trying to assist with the schedule of appointment, that convenient for the patient.

I give Coast Dental 5 stars, great customer service by Maria Belloso & the rest of the staff who take care of me and my whole family every time we go. They make us feel right at home and comfortable. I also have a 7 year old who does really well with Dr. Betita whos been treating us for the past couple of years. Also RDA Reina Perez did a wonderful job when I got the pleasure of having her treat me. Truly a great experience.

I really liked the customer service, As soon as i walked in I was greeted by the staff. Dr. Betita did a really good job. The office manager Idalia did a WONDERFUL job explaining my insurance to me, she has a lot of patience. Maria and Elizabeth were very helpful in the front office. This dentist office is fun and friendly! Everyone here is always smiling and very helpful. Elizabeth at the front desk is always a delight, shes gotten to know me quite well and always knows what appointment time I need. Everyone else is sweet as well. These guys are real hard workers and I appreciate them very much so. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others.
