They have despicable business practices and I strongly caution anyone from going here. Please dont support this unethical business. They lure you in with their complimentary tea and warm blanket. Then they do nothing but degrade you. The hygienist berated me the entire time she was cleaning my teeth. Then, they made me take these special photos that are "the coolest latest technology" IN ADDITION to my xrays. They tried to charge me an obscene amount for these until I caught it on my bill. When I came back to get a filling (which now, I can barely floss around), they handed me a huge bill. It was too late to refuse the service, so I had to pay. They signed me up for Care Credit, promising me 12-month free financing. 6 months later, I find out they actually signed me up for 6 month free financing, which has resulted in huge interest charges to my account. This is all aside from the fact that they told me in the first place that my insurance was accepted at their office, and were extremely misleading to the fact that they werent in my network. I ended up paying double what I would have paid for a dentist in my network. When I emailed them to tell them how I felt about their misleading information, Dr. Klim personally responded to complaining about in-network doctors and insurance companies. So far the only one who has taken advantage of me is the office of Dr. Klim. They refuse to compensate me for the charges incurred because of their lies. I am outraged. Dont visit this dentist if you expect them to treat you with any ounce of respect as a paying customer. I went to Dr. Marcela Torres, who is in network, and have never experienced better care. And for a realistic price!

Do not trust them. They will mine your mouth for gold. I just went to a dentist today and they said I had no cavities and a couple of trouble spots to keep an eye on, however Gables said I had several cavities and I was only able to afford to get only a few of them filled. Perhaps it is just a matter of opinion and they believe in expensive preventative care, and my current dentist is more conservative with his treatment. But, I was told I had a dozen of cavities and now I am told I do not have any. I will never forget the pitiful look I was given when I distressfully stated that I wouldnt be able to afford getting all of my cavities filled.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They take advantage of you and before you know it will charge you without your consent for unrelated work, other than what you were notified for. Fluoride rinses, x-rays, etc. They will provide unnecessary "preventative" expensive care and charge you later before you know what hit you. BUYER BEWARE!!!
