Dr. Masteron was out of the office so I saw Dr. Edmund....possibly the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life!! She was rude and inconsiderate. She literally rolled her eyes and sneered when listening to my health concerns and then accused me of "reading too much" about my current problem. To top it off the brainless nurse they have running the place (who didnt know why I was there) called me an hour after my appointment to ask why I hadnt gotten the clamydia and gonnorhea tests Dr. Edmund had ordered...this to a menopausal married mother of two. I was irrate and disgusted - dont know if this was their idea of a cruel joke, but would NEVER go back again!

HORRIBLE. I visited Dr. Lisa Masterson for a well womens exam which is covered by my insurance under preventive care. Dr. Masterson billed the visit incorrectly and I have been going back and forth between their office and the billing agency trying to resolve the issue for over 6 months. Dr. Mastersons office is completely unresponsive to myself and the billing agency. I highly advise others to seek medical treatment elsewhere as Dr. Masterson is obviously careless.

Not only was Dr. Masterson not there the day of my appointment, but they failed to tell me that her replacement was a male. NOT OK. Then, I waited 10 days for the result of a urine culture (turns out I had a UTI) and not only did I have to call THEM for the results, but they made ME call my pharmacy and ask my pharmacy to call THEM for the prescription. Done. Done. And, done.

Dr. Masterson was so lovely! I hate going to the doctor and avoid it all costs. She made me feel super comfortable, and answered all my questions patiently and with sincerity. Shes a wealth of knowledge and was super helpful in suggesting new birth control options for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Not a review, but... all the reviews accusing her of selling oral HGH are false. Reading Is Fundamental (RIF), yall... that supplement she is helping to advertise does not contain HGH; it stimulates your bodys natural production of HGH.

Pitching junk supplements on TV makes her Medical degree worthless in my opinion. Go someplace where the Doctors might have ethics....my opinion is she has no ethics.
