I was referred to Dr. Burkholder from a friend who is a retired podiatrist. My podiatrist friend had been seen by another chiropractor in San Jose whom he ultimately did not have confidence in and looked for another chiropractor. My friend was very impressed with Dr. Burkholders knowledge and his ability to explain things. I have been very impressed w/ Dr. B. and his front office staff. Dr. B. is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time he takes to explain how particular adjustments help and why. Dr. B. made it clear that adjustments were only part of the treatment and that I would help myself by doing stretches. He provided sheets illustrating specific stretches and doing those stretches helped as much as his adjustments. I know there are a lot of chiropractors out there but if youre particular about someone who provides excellent care, knows what hes doing, offers reasonable pricing, and someone you can easily relate to and who doesnt try to rush you if you have questions, I really recommend Dr. B. You can tell he loves his work because of his enthusiasm when he explains about the likely movements that caused the injury (Mine were from the gym) and what is needed to do in the future to prevent it from recurring. I dont hand out recommendations lightly but if I find a product or service that works for me and is a good value, I will make a recommendation. Highly recommended.

I slipped down some stairs in November, which resulted in a somewhat displaced toe. I assumed it was broken and, horror of all horrors to medical practitioners, ignored it. My twin sister has been a client of Dr. Burkholder for quite a while and brought me along with her for one of her visits early April. She revealed my toes deformity (firmly situated by scar tissue after nearly 6 months of walking improperly). Dr. Burkholder was incredibly kind and helpful!!! My toe was X-rayed at a very reasonable price. My toe is thankfully NOT broken...its dislocated. As I was only in town for a week, Dr. Burkholder fit me into the schedule and met with me three times before I left town. He showed me some exercises for my toe, which Ive been using and as a result, my toe is looking and feeling much better. He is fantastic! I highly recommend Dr. Burkholder! He is very professional, kind, and understanding. Side note for parents: If I had children, I would totally take them to his practice!!!! He regularly corrects his own childrens spines, which is incredible- especially for active, sporty kids.

I came to Krause Family Chiropractic because of severe neck pain that I had been having off and on for years. My regular doctor was treating me with muscle relaxants and pain medications and my neck never really seemed to heal. It got to the point where I couldnt even bend my neck back in the shower to wash my hair. I got so tired of the pain that I decided to try Chiropractic which was difficult for me because I didnt know much about Chiropractic and didnt really believe that anything could be done. That was almost 10 years ago and boy am I a believer now! My neck pain vanished after just a few months of treatments and Ive never had trouble again, nor have I had to take any muscle relaxants or pain medications! They are a wonderful family, very sincere in wanting nothing but the best health for you. Dr. Brian is a great listener and very thorough in his examinations. Its really important that you continue to get regular adjustments or all of your hard work with Dr. Brian will regress. I highly recommend and encourage you to try Krause Family Chiropractic for better health.

My family has been going to Dr. Burkholder for several years. My wife who is a dance instructor often gets adjustments to deal with shoulder issues that come up from time to time due to her work and the two active young boys that she often has to lug around. When my oldest son was a baby he had acid reflux and the adjustments he received from Dr. Burkholder helped reduce the symptoms. As for myself I am a "weekend warrior" who wouldnt be able to keep returning to the court without Dr. Burkholders help. I have thrown my back out, hurt my shoulder, etc time after time, but each time Dr. Burkholder puts me on the path to healing. Dr. Burkholder is a professional and caring doctor who is always there whenever you need him to offer advice and care for whatever is ailing you. For example, just the other day I woke up with a stiff neck and I left a message on his voicemail on a day when the office was closed. He returned my call that day and had me come in to get the care I needed, on his day off. That is the kind of care you can count on at Krause Family Chiropractic!

Krause Family Chiropractic keeps my family and I well adjusted. The staff and doctors are friendly and treat us well. The office is very kid friendly which has really been a bonus to me, having small children that I need to bring with me to my treatments, they have never been annoyed with them and in fact have been very skilled at keeping them occupied so that they can give a good adjustment. They have also treated my children. My daughter was pigeon toed and falling a lot when she would run, tripping over her own feet. A few treatments and she really improved. I feel the doctors listen to me, care about my pain and best health. I have confidence in their knowledge and skill as chiropractors. I also appreciate the extra time they have taken to teach me about exercises and stretches that I can do own my own to improve my posture. Krause Chiropractic - professional, friendly, caring.

I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended. I sought legal council from a personal injury attorney who recommended that I get medical attention from a chiropractor to alleviate some of the pain I was experiencing. After many referrals, I decided to seek treatment from Dr. Tan Nguyen of Krause Family Chiropractic. Dr. Nguyens professional care quickly turned into feeling like I was cared by a family member. He was personable and professional at the same time. He took time to explain to me what he was gonna do to help alleviate the anxiety and fear of being adjusted. He was extremely patient. In no time, Dr. Nguyen got me pain free and back to my self again. Oh and the front desk staff are amazing. They are friendly and quickly learned who I was and every time I came, they greeted me like an old friend. I highly recommend Krause and Dr. Nguyen..

Came to Krause Family Chiropractic to treat some lingering neck, back and hip pain last year. The staff was very friendly and caring and made you feel right at home. Before treatment begins, Dr. Burkholder conducts a full analysis complete with photos and a full consult. He really listens to the your specific issues before determining a course of treatment instead of just treating the symptoms. From hydrotherapy for my back to a very specific genie rub for my super tight hips, the adjustments and therapies were very creative and effective. Its also not a "FOREVER" 3x a week treatment schedule. After 1 month I was down to 1x a month and now I go in for maintenance to keep my self straight. Another great thing is that if you tweak out your body or have some freak accident, its super easy to get an appointment and have them straighten you up! :)
