After two months of treatment at this office I can tell you with full confidence this is one of the WORST Chiropratic offices in Washington. "Dr" Mccormic is a money hungry hack at best. His office is essentially a chiropractic factory where he tells everyone that walks in the door they need a treatment plan that will surely cure you of what ever pain you suffering from. He comes up with a nonsensical number of treatments designed to get the most he can out of you and your insurance. He has a "spinal rehab" part of his "treatments" where he has you preform stretches literally pulled off the internet, guided by someone that is not trained or licensed to preform rehabilitation what so ever. He then tacks that into your bill at an outrageous price. To top it off He sends UNTRAINED, UNLICENSED AND UNINSURED "massage girls" to local offices offering "free chair massage" as a part of his "marketing out reach program" where his receptionists and other women working for him, who again ARE NOT TRAINED IN ANY WAY TO DO MASSAGE give out free "massages" as a way to lure people into his office. If you dont book an appointment he makes his "marketing girls" harass via phone call up to 25 calls a month, email and junk mail anyone unfortunate enough to fill out one of his "health surveys". His offices has been literally scrapping by for 10 years and the amount of turn around in his office both internally and client wise only drives my point home further. His personality has accurately been described as mousy and annoying at best. Hes bed side manor is completely inappropriate, Hes been know to comment on patents "sexy legs" and insists on poking patients children in the belly while saying "give me your belly"... Its enough to make a parents skin crawl. hes like that uncle you wernt allowed to be left alone with as a child. Bottom line DO NOT GO HERE if you want to get real Chiropratic care from a professional I recommend literally any other office in town.

We love it here! We see Dr. Dan on a family plan (which has also been cost effective, and broke down into something more manageable for our budget) my husband, my son and I really find this place to be as good as it gets. The front desk staff goes above and beyond, offering a warm & comfortable environment for families with young children. They have a small play area and all the staff and other clients have always greeted us with kindness, and understanding for my over-active and incredibly curious 2 & 4 year old. Even offering "extra entertainment" for the kids, like front desk play and printing coloring pictures, when I have had longer appointments, and my husband is running late from work. The chiropractic treatments themselves have been thorough, and effective. I have never felt rushed in an appointments. They have loads of different modern looking equipment, and the treatment approach has been gentle and varied, which I like. I dont find them pushy sales people AT ALL!! In fact, quite the opposite, I asked why there is not more info about this place online, it is such a great little tucked away place....right behind Reigning Imagination on the main strip of Mill Creek Town Center, right below La Palmera Mexican Restraunt, this place is a Gem! As they say "Dan is the Man", weve been to a few different Chiro places in Seattle.... This place by far surpasses and exceeds our expectations. We feel better, Dan has been good at figuring out what ails us, and even our 4 year old looks forward to his appointments with Dr. Dan and "the woodpecker" :-) This place should not be missed. Easy flexible appointments, and great lines of supplements like high quality omega-3, B vitamins and Colonix available at the front desk too. Do it. Call today. Youll start feeling amazing and be happy you did ;-)

Empathy? Not so much!! McCormick examined me and asserted that he would be able to treat me and cure my problem with lower back pain. Nine visits later I was in severe pain as the result of him "cracking" my back. I even heard it pop loudly. I am now in constant pain and have difficulty walking. What follows is a letter I sent McCormick in mid June. I still have had no response. "More than a week ago I contacted your office seeking information on the status of my account. Charity, the receptionist, was on lunch break but I left a message with the person who answered. I have not yet had a reply to that query." "As you know I had previously told Charity that I was reluctantly terminating care. This decision was based on my feeling that not only had progress stopped but in fact, my condition seemed worse than when I started. That fact, coupled with the ten day interruption (in treatment) caused by your vacation led me to believe that additional appointments would offer little benefit." "Apparently my assumptions were mostly correct. Otherwise I think that you would have contacted me to see what my concerns were, if they were valid and if appropriate offer some suggestions and encouragements for future treatment."

Although the chiropractic treatment I received was fine, I experienced billing problems that they absolutely refuse to address. Not all the payments I made were reflected in my written statements & I ending up double-paying. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a refund & all I get is the runaround. The people at the chiropractic office know nothing; they say to take it up with Alexander Enterprises, who handles the billing. But their address is the same as the Planet Chiropractic! And Alexander Ent. say to take it up with the chiropractor, who no longer works at that office. I have no contact info for the chiropractor. Its been too long to dispute the credit card payment, so it looks like they will just keep my money. Front desk staff? Well, Ive seen worse. But the last time I was there, two young ladies sat behind the desk & completely ignored me while I signed in on the clipboard & sat down. They did not even look up. Whoever trains them does not have a clue.

I found Dr. Justin McCormicks clinic when I googled chronic migraines, his video came up. I watched the video and felt like he hit every point right on the head so I immediately called to set up a consultation. He listened to my history and did a full exam. He explained every part of the exam and discussed possible causes for my symptoms. When I went back the next day to go over my results, I was blown away with what he revealed to me and the explanation behind all of it. He recommended a full treatment plan then went over the whole set up with me. What I really love is that his clinic is full service with decompression therapy and traction, adjustments/manipulations, physical therapy, oxygen therapy w/ massage chair and an actual massage therapist there too! He so in tune with your needs and servicable. The rest of the staff is efficient and friendly. Love it there.

As a result of a rear end car accident over ten years ago I have dealt with severe headaches 24/7 .After many doctors and medications there has been no lasting relief or help that I could find to deal with the pain which at times would put me on my back in a dark quiet room for a few days at a time. Then I found Dr McCormick and Planet Chiropractic. His well rounded treatment approach of adjustment, physical therapy ,oxygen and huge help with massage therapy has made all the difference in the world to me. This combination of treatments has helped restore a good portion of a normal life with greatly reduced pain levels to the point I can function again .While there is still pain and most likely always will be, because of Planet Chiropractic, it is at a manageable level .I plan on continuing with maintenance adjustments and massage for a very long time .
