The staff here is friendly, personable and welcoming which is fine. What concerns me about this place is the very high pressure to sell and commit Chiropractic care, even with great insurance is expensive. They will bill the maximum amount your insurance will pay and use all of it for the year, so if you need something months afterwards, your out of luck and it will be out of pocket. Having been to other chiropractors before, this office uses a lot of scare tactics to attempt to get you to commit to long term and high frequency visits. They want you to pay upfront, NEVER DO THIS!! It never set well with me to do this, so I called my insurance (Regence) and asked them about this particular office and they told me to back out and NEVER pay upfront and be cautious of any doctor’s office that does. The office set up has multiple adjustment tables and areas for exercises. There is little privacy during adjustments and pretreatment work which I found surprising with all the HIPPA laws around and for personal comfort. Most of the time the “doctors” are nowhere around and in an office trying to sell to the next person. You’re left lying on the table waiting for someone to show up and adjust you. Fromm some of the conversations I overheard, I figured out his angle. And that is I have a feeling they count on insurance claims form car accidents and/or L&I claims. be VERY VERY Careful and cautious of this place.

Life changing! Ive been going to chiropractors my whole life and never realized I was putting a bandaid over my back pain. Being in the rehab program has been amazing. I have more energy. My back pain is so much better. I find myself standing straighter and when I go to slouch it hurts, which is life changing. I know that by fixing my pain my future body is going to thank myself. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The doctors are truly incredible. They care about you and getting you better. They take the time to understand you as an individual what your needs are, what youve been through and how to best tailor a program to fix your body. I can not say enough great things about this amazing place. It will change you for the better. If you need a chiropractor this is the only place to go!!!! Stop putting a bandaid on the problem and call them to fix it! You wont regret it!

My name is Mary. I had never been to a Chiropractor before and was skeptical. I had been having severe headaches with neck & shoulder pain caused by a car accident I had been in. At that point was willing to try anything. I was recommended to Innovated (Dr.Marshall & Dr.Rivera) by a Chiropractor in CA. She told me I needed specific tx by Dr., one who was trained in Rehab therapy. I called and talked to Ally who assured me I was at the right place. How right she was! I was started on a program specific for me. Little by little I started to feel better, headaches & neck pain are gone. I am doing maintenance now. I feel like they have given me my life back. And I cant say enough for all the staff. They are WONDERFUL

Since my first visit to the clinic, the girls Olga and Ally at the front desk are always happy and friendly. When I arrive, no matter how busy, they greet me by name and ask how I am. When I leave they are always smiling and say goodbye. Dr. Marshall and Dr. Rivera take time to ask about my day, stress level and never make me feel rushed. They are both attentive to all of my needs and do not just do the same old adjustments every time I come in like other Chiropractors I have seen. My massage therapist favorite is April. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable about her craft. I always leave here feeling better than when I arrived from a physical and emotional standpoint.

This practice is all about the money but never truly the patient care....Their old location in Kirkland was the same way. They give you a financial plan and insist you keep coming in. They insisted its not that much out of your pocket, and in the end you are stuck with a BIG balance because they dont tell you all the details reference to the insurance billing. They also billed for things they did not do. Brad Marshall-Inmann will make you feel guilty if you could not make it to your scheduled appointment (what kind of a doctor does that if its not all about the money?) and they will keep calling until you show up. Keep in mind though NOT all chiropractors are the same.

This place lied to me. They told me to keep coming and getting treatments so that they can charge my insurance company and my only out of pocket expense would be $5.00 per visit. I did so and paid them my balance before leaving Washington state for a job move. I even asked them again to make sure there was no other balance and they said I was all paid up. Afterwards I got a collection call that I still have a balance of over $1000.00 and that it will affect my credit. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Dr. Marshall is a pretty good and caring doctor but he and his assitant doctor are money hungry and scammers.

Not only am I 100% satisfied as an employee, but I was 100% satisfied as a patient myself. I treated at Innovative for two separate car accidents. I came into the clinic with severe neck symptoms and low back pain. I can say that I was extremely impressed with my results, I feel much better, and I still continue treatment to maintain! Dr. Strohm and Dr. Marshall take great care of their patients and the massage therapists always do a great job as well. Id recommend this clinic to anyone!

I cant say enough about how grateful I am that I found Dr. Leach. I had neck pain and headaches for years that consumed everything I did. The greatest thing is that I simply never think that the pain I used to have. I have resumed all my activities with the freedom of knowing that I no longer have that pain. Dr.Leach has always been totally professional and such a delightful person.

Since my first visit, I knew this place offered professional and quality service. The massages are just incomparable to anywhere else. The adjustments are executed by well trained doctors that I can rely on. Every time I go there, I am impressed by their hospitality and quality of service. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has chiropractic needs.

I have had a great experience with ciropractic and massage therapy care here. I tweeked my abck skiing and coul barely make it down the hill when I did it. I was recovered from that within just a few visits here. Not only that but I love the people, super friendly and nice. Cant say enough great things about the clinic.

I was a client for a couple of years and was driven away by poor records keeping. I was charged for unwanted services because of inattentive counter staff. The receptionist, Olga, was quite rude. Wont go back.
