Here are just a few of many reasons why you should stay away from this place - even though the place is pretty cheap inside and service is below average the bill that will be sent to your insurance company would be at least 30% more than other reputable chiropractors will charge. Times are tough and Highlands Chiropractors folks trying to make on you as much as possible. - Chiropractor is using the same treatment procedure on almost all the clients. This puts a big question on his practice since not everyone has the same problems and every client requires individual approach - Chiropractor could joke with you on a sarcastic way

Its a waste of time if you come here. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I came. I am a healthcare professional myself, so I normally dont write bad reviews about other healthcare professionals but this office needs to re-educate their front desk staff on customer service and profesionalism, and some more education would also help because they dont know what they are talking about. They are unprofessional and incompetent. I was told that they bill insurance for services even if you missed an appointment. So check your EOBs (Explanation of benefits) from the insurance company!

I am very pleased to have found this office. The chiropractors are great. I was happy and impressed that they insisted on x-rays before they considered adjusting me. I pay cash, so I dont have to deal with insurance issues. They have taken very good care of me.
