Just a few days ago I visited Dr. Benedicts office for my 4 month cleaning. Hygienist Barbara was incredibly understanding and informative to me. I learned a lot and was told that I am improving. In the past two years I have had a great deal of work done there, and always went away impressed with what was accomplished. By now I have experienced hands-on treatment, or consultation with, I think, everybody, at one time of another. I wish I had a minor negative thing to say about them so readers wouldnt think that this is a paid commercial message, ha ha. But the truth is, THESE FOLKS ARE TOPS! And in terms of logistics, the staff is great with texting, emailing, etc. to remind me of appointments, and Ive never had to wait beyond my appointed time to be there. Sometimes I am early because I live an hour away and worry about traffic making me late. The folks behind the counter dont seem to mind my constant chatter while Im waiting. At 4 month intervals, that means only 3 times a year. Ill just have to stop in when in the area to see my new friends there.

Dr Benedict has a close nit team that Thelma & I have had the pleasure of visiting for at least 30-years. When Dr Benedict moved from Campbell to Scotts Valley eons ago, we followed because of Dr Benedicts ability to provide a bridge for Thelma when others said it couldnt be done & then to help her maintain that bridge to this day. Wendy has been cleaning our teeth on Fridays for years. For years Dr Benedict & her team resided in a cozy office. Today Dr Benedict realizes her dream of having a new facility build to her dreams & YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS PLACE -- its like going for a spa treatment -- windows from floor to ~20ft ceiling with dropped lighting, curved walls, open architecture, & wonderful paintings & statues -- invigorating! Going to Dr Benedict for our dentistry needs has always been a pleasant experience!

It was my first visit there as my previous dentist retired. I wanted to see Dr. Benedict but a wait time was over a month, so I saw Dr. Benedict’s son, Dr. Bernhardt. Since I don’t have a dental insurance, I was worried about their charge; it’s not cheap but I should say, reasonable. I thought the initial exam charge was a bit high, but what they have done worth it. Dr. Bernhardt was nice and gave me a suggestion but not forceful. Overall experience was pleasant and thorough with a super clean office and new equipment. I am happy that I went there and am comfortable to go back!

Your new office is the most beautiful dental office Ive ever seen! Im very impressed with the modern new equipment: getting x-rays was quick and painless--I could see my x-rays on a screen, then an up-close picture of a problem tooth, as Dr. Bernhardt thoroughly answered my all of questions. Dr. Bernhardt was delightfully pleasant, efficient, very professional, fun to talk with, and he easily made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I couldnt imaging a better all around experience...Im very happy!!!

Wendy did a great job cleaning my teeth and gave me some new tips to help me out in the long run. Dr Benedict examined my 5.5 and 1.5 yr olds. She was very caring and also gave me some great tips for them. She always does a great job answering all my questions when it comes to any concerns I have about my childrens teeth. Also, the hygienist that cleaned my sons teeth was very patient and I could tell she really cared for my sons comfort. I totally recommend this team!

Super convenient location with a wonderful new building, all new equipment, great staff, run a real tight ship, on time and super efficient. Glad we switched and looking forward to the continued relationship! Update: I needed help on a Sunday due to severe dental pain, Dr. Benedict came in and performed an emergency procedure. Shes an Angel, so professional and kind, I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Nanette Benedict was recommended to me by a friend. New to the area, I needed a dentist, and I had a problem tooth. Over two visits, and a visit to Dr. Francis, an excellent endodontist in Santa Cruz, I had all the needed procedures skillfully performed by Dr. Benedict and Dr. Tina (sp?) with state of the art equipment and the best "bedside manner." It really was a good experience!

My name is Kristine and I saw Tina Der Totossian and she was awesome. I felt right at home there and they treated me like family. I had to have quite a bit of work done and I am so afraid of the dentist. I was distracted while getting the shot and never felt it. The office staff is so nice and willing to work with you on any issue. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
