I had crappy veneers put in by a previous dentist and one cracked in half. The front desk staff was extremely flexible, professional and kind in trying to get me slotted in for a last minute appointment. From that first call to getting my permanent veneers my experience with Dr. McFarlane was flawless. He really listened to my questions and concerns and and adapted his style to make my comfortable--I like understanding all of the details while hes working on my teeth and he talked me through everything as he was doing it. I also dont like being upsold or pandered to and there was none of that. Dr. McFarlane made me feel like he had my best interests in mind and talked to me like a real person. The dental work itself was pain-free and well-executed. I felt like precision and doing things right were very important to him and his staff. Despite the fact that I assume he does this all day, I did feel like he really cared about a perfect outcome for me personally which felt very comforting after my last experience. The veneers themselves look excellent and have a good warranty on them. They have nice dimensionality, color and shape and look totally natural. Not like some of the flat, too-white chiclet teeth you see on people. Great work, I cant imagine a better experience and that is saying something because I do have a lot of opinions when it comes to dentists. Id give my highest recommendation.

I was a new patient, and found the office clean, comfortable and friendly. The staff was running behind, and what I liked was they acknowledged it, and checked in with me a couple of times. That made all the difference for me. Offered water, gave a tour and were very kind. It has all the modern technology which gives them the best images and information to assess the situation and make the best recommendation. They are organized and their staff works together like a melodious orchestra. I met and saw Dr Field. Right away he makes you feel comfortable and talks with you, not at you. He is friendly, personable and you feel at ease with him. After the initial assessment is complete you go into a consult room and he walks you through his views, talks about the challenges and then gives a very reasonable approach to solving the problems and providing the desired outcome. He was straight-forward, he had a great plan and he wasnt trying to upwell. He really wants the best for you. I find that I am intuitive and I felt he was honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. After he finished another team member came in to go over the costs for whatever options I chose, if any. I did, went for the full plan and start work in a week. I look forward to excellent results. I have full confidence in Dr. Field and his team. I had an excellent first impression and experience.

REALLY FOCUSED ON PATIENT CARE. - I had a visit to Dr Field seven months ago where he went in to correct a bad filling a previous dentist had done. Once i was in the chair Dr Field showed me the reason behind all the pain i was feeling in my jaw. The tooth had developed an absinthe and i was at risk of losing a lot of bone mass in my jaw. Dr Field acted quickly by getting me scheduled and completing a full Root Canal and Crown IN ONE VISIT. He has a great new machine that makes the crown on the spot AND provides a WARRANTY!! (never seen available at any dental office) Since the visit I have had no pains whatsoever where the first dentist failed and Dr Field fixed. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND DR FIELD TO ANY PATIENT.

I was fearful going into my appointment with Dr. Joe Field - but my fear and overall worry was put to rest from the moment I walked into his office. Dr. Fields staff are first class & made me feel comfortable and safe. I had elected to be sedated during my dental implant work - and I must say - it couldnt have been a better overall experience. Pain & worry free - the work was done & done well. Im very grateful for the professional operation Dr. Fields runs at his Dental Clinic. Thanks again Joe!

This is the most professional and friendly dentist office I have ever been to! Everyone is very nice and helpful. They have convenient reminders and systems such as sending you a text message and email before your appointment. The office also has beautiful decor.
