My name is Christine and I am 62 years old. I have always been very active until about 5 Years ago when I noticed being very fatigued whenever I’d work in the yard or play with my grandkids. My neck has been a source of pain for years, and whenever I would “over do it” or use my arms receptively I would end up with a severe head ache. An MRI revealed a deteriorating disc on my C-5, so I knew I had a problem and tried 3 different Chiropractors but nothing seemed to change. My husband had noticed Dr. Tam’s advertisement and kept telling me to call. Finally when a pain in my shoulder blade would not go away after massages I decided to see if THIS chiropractor was as different in person as he sounded in his advertisement. It was explained to me that because of my age and advanced straightening of the curve in my neck it would take time to “line me back up”. I couldn’t believe that the little device (called an activator) could really do anything! I had always been “cracked” by other chiropractors. So, after a few months my husband asked me, do you think you are better? Well, the pain in the shoulder blade that brought me in had gone away almost immediately! I told him that I really think I am improving! So I put it to the test: I went to DISNEYLAND! Now, two years before I had gone to Disneyland and was pushed around in a wheel chair because I would get so tired and I didn’t go on any of the “big” rides because I didn’t want to mess my neck up anymore than it already was. But THIS time….was DIFFERENT! No wheel chair and I went on ALL the scary rides with my granddaughter because her folks wouldn’t do it! Now, the real test came the days following, when I realized how quickly I had “recovered” from the trip. Before coming to Absolute Family Chiropractic, after a big event it would take 2-3 days before I had energy again. Now, I can stand, shop and work in my yard most of the day and the “after effects” are minimal. I have not had a single head ache since my first adjustment 3 months ago! My energy level is better than it was 5 years ago! I’m so glad my husband encouraged me to call and the money spent here is the best investment I’ve ever made. I am so thankful that God has used Dr.Tam to help restore me to good health

My name is Sharon D. and I just had to tell my story! I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia in April 2010 and was looking for a way to manage my pain other than strong drugs. Initially I experience short, mild attacks, but my trigeminal neuralgia progressed, causing longer, more frequent bouts of searing pain. Not only was I suffering from pain but I was also suffering from years of back and neck pain from previous accidents and injuries. I was even diagnosed with arthritis in 3 areas of my neck and back. I was just tired of being tired and wanted to feel better. If there was a way, I was going to find it! I also had spells of terrible vertigo which caused feelings of motion when you are stationary and often caused nausea and vomiting. Adjustments and exercises by Dr. Tam got me through it with no drugs for the dizziness and nausea! After weeks of adjustments I started feeling better. There is no longer snapping and cracking of my bones when I move which makes me feel so relieved. After four months of adjustments, exams, and learning how to care for myself I am STRONGER and HAPPIER than I have been in years. I no longer have pain in my neck and back and I can go through an entire day of being active. I wake up the next day Feeling Great. I would recommend Absolute Family Chiropractic to everyone. You are going to get complete care in a physical and mental way. Dr. Tam and his staff are like family. They are friendly and warm and I immediately felt welcome here. “Thank-you” will never be enough!

I broke my neck in 2001 and was completely miserable for many years. Even after multiple surgeries, medications and countless visits to "specialists" I still had severe neck pain and was dealing with minimal mobility of my head, neck and shoulders. (Imagine having a kink in your neck everyday for 10 years!!) Due to the constant pain I was not sleeping well, and my quality of life was deteriorating. That is until I found Dr. Tam! Dr. Tam did in six months what other providers could not do in 10 years...he gave me my quality of life back! I no longer suffer with daily headaches, neck pain or the very irritating numb/tingling hands. The one thing I am most grateful for is the amount of sleep I now get. This place has made my life a 1000 times more comfortable!! I used to have unbelievable neck pain that would halter my everyday life. Dr. Tam & his staff have greatly helped in relieving the pain. The method used isnt that of your average chiropractor (crack & pop), its called NUCCA and its a lot less abrasive & the results are impressive. As a patient you are x-rayed and monitored closely to make sure that there is progress. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. This has been the best 9 months!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone suffering from any kind of aches &/or pains. Oh & the fresh baked cookies & fresh apples are a nice touch too.

For 28 years I suffered from PMS and very difficult periods..With that being said I had to be on medication to control my pain and I also had to go through 2 laparoscopic surgeries for the pain.... After treatments from Dr. Tam my PMS went from 10 days to 4 days. After 1 year of treatment I have NO PMS and my period pain is much lighter. I do not have to treat cramps with strong narcotics like Vicodin, Ibuprofen.. etc... I also do not have to plan my life around my menstrual cycle and can conduct normal activities ... Go to Dr. Tam and try...you will be pleasantly Surprised!!

Too much fluff, consult was not free like they said. I felt like i was being talked to by a preschool teacher. No adjustments made, still in pain and the follow up is a week later. Out $50 and still no relief. Now searching for another one that can do an adjustment sameday at a minimum, i cant even put my shoes on without help... the search continues.

I had a great fear of chiropractors but after coming to Absolute Family Chiropractic that has totally changed. Dr. Tam takes the time to explain what he does and why. He uses the Nucca technique which is very gentle. Since coming to AFC, I am feeling so much better, sleep better, etc. Customer service here is outstanding.
