My wife and I have been going to this establishment for over a year now and our experience has never been less than stellar. We have three kids, and when we show up for our appointment, the receptionist always has a cartoon on the huge flat screen TV ready for them to watch, and they rotate in getting adjusted themselves. I am an airline pilot for a major US airline, and I spend a lot of time in cramped spaces for hours on end, wreaking havoc on my back and posture. Dr. Babcock has been adjusting me every week for the last 3 years and the stiffness and pain has virtually disappeared. In fact, I view his chiropractic adjustments as important and as valuable to my health as nutrition and exercise. My wife is a hairstylist and suffers from the opposite problem of being on her feet all day. His adjustments have helped her immensely and she is no longer uncomfortable after a long day on her feet. (In fact, she has a habit of rescheduling clients and other appointments to assure she is able to make it to her chiropractic appointments.) I have been to numerous (15+) chiropractors throughout my life and this is the establishment I have been most impressed with; and there are a fair amount of other chiropractors closer to my home, so it is not strictly a convenience factor. It should go without saying, but Brent Babcock can actually adjust. Some chiropractors simply move you around until you hear a few popping sounds and send you on your way. Brent has done an adjustment on me, not been happy with the movement and tried a different technique until he gets the movement he is happy with. To me, that is a sign of a chiropractor that knows what he is doing and is not content until the adjustment is as effective as possible. He is knowledgeable and apparently well studied as he has answers to pretty much every question I have asked of him. However, he has also admitted to not being sure of an answer and offered to look it up. I am always wary of anyone who has an answer to every question because, as no one knows everything about a subject, experts tend to fill in the knowledge gaps with BS in order to not seem unprofessional to patients. Interesting that one "I dont know" answer can say as much about a person as 20 correct answers..... On a final note, I recently had a waterskiing accident where I had an inertial disagreement with a tow rope involving a game of unintentional under water tug-of-war. I lost. There was substantial muscular damage to my right arm in which scar tissue was beginning to form. One of his assistants had been working on my arm for 20 minutes twice a week with an ultrasonic machine and massage, breaking up and reducing the scar tissue by half so far. I was completely unaware that this treatment was available, as my orthopedic surgeon basically said "good luck, money please". However, as valuable as reviews like this can be, nothing beats first-hand experience. Visit the office, talk to the staff and Brent Babcock and see for yourself. (he is ALWAYS happy too, which is a definite plus as far as bedside manner goes.)

I met Dr. Babcock once at the initial consultation where he went over the program with me. He met with me only because I had sent an email requesting information and I had expressed my concerns as I had read bad reviews. I was reassured that the program offered support from himself and staff and that I would be successful and would benefit from joining. He sold me on the fact that it was in the best interest of my health to lose weight and his program was a success. When I was hesitant as the cost was high, he applied to Care-credit for me and said that if I joined, I would only be making a payment of $89 till my balance was paid. Stupid me, did not ask questions and signed up. $3000 was what he charged me. The program was horrible as there was NO SUPPORT AT ALL. In fact, my first appointment, the blond tall lady weighed me and told me to undress so that she can measure me and then advised I go in the sauna and that she would come and get me when it was time for my wrap. After the wrap, she advised that my "pills" would be delivered shortly and by the time I was done going on there vibrating equipment (I guess it helps with weight loss) my "pills" would be ready. Once I was done and ready to go, she handed me a bag full of supplements and shakes. THAT WAS IT! She was off to her next victim. Once I expressed my disappointment is when they back tracked. I requested someone to please explain the supplements to me and advise when to take what. The blond lady took me to the room I was in originally, dumped my bag onto the bed and went over what to take for the up coming week. Stupid me, went back for several appointments for the wrap as it all had been paid for. The service only got worse to the point that I stopped showing up. NO ONE EVER CALLED TO FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I still have sessions left! Horrible experience that set me back $3000 PLUS HIGH INTEREST!

I was waiting to write my review until I had experienced more than just one adjustment with Dr. Babcock. So, here is my contribution... I have been treated by other chiropractors for years, in the past when I lived in SoCal, so I am not a newby to the practice. Dr. Babcock and his staff are exceptional. The office is clean and simple. I like that it has a lot of front windows and light, nothing like going to a "doctors office"... The front desk staff is always super friendly and knows me when I walk in. Never a wait (so long as I am on time!). Dr. "B" exudes such a great personality and friendly demeanor, that you cant help but instantly be relaxed and feel great about being there. On the professional side, he is not just experienced in chiropractics, but good at it. Each adjustment procedure (each movement) comes with a question about how I felt when performed, or a comment from Dr. B as to what he is observing from that specific adjustment. If you are reading reviews, then you are obviously considering or seeking out a chiropractor. I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Babcock!

I was pleased with the way the doctor greeted me when I stepped into his office. He greeted me with genuine concern in his voice; this was a really good sign. I have been having pains in my neck, lower back and hips and this has been affecting my quality of life. The consultation was really great, the roller bed sure loosened me up and the adjustment was amazing. I appreciated the person attention that I got from the doctor. He had no problems whatsoever answering all of my questions, and was not in any hurry to deal with the concerns that I had regarding my treatment plan. I know that this may sound weird to some people, but I actually felt like I was talking to a friend and not a doctor. The best part is that I knowing that I was not paying a colossal sum in order to get quality chiropractic care! I will be a long term patient of this chiropractor!
