My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Prigmore for at least 5 years now. For us, we wanted good hygienists and a dentist who wasnt going to upsell treatments. We found it with Dr. Prigmore. As a patient, I have no complaints. The location is convenient to me since its near a major freeway exit. Its in a really quiet corner office building. The office is super clean. I dont know how their rates compare to others but with my insurance, its really reasonable. La Toya the office manager was really accommodating when I called recently about a bill that the insurance didnt cover. But what I really like about Dr. Prigmores office is my hygienist, Marcella. Shes not only skilled at her job but very cordial. Even at my age she helps me on my brushing skill and flossing skills (I was brushing too hard). My teeth feel really clean and I dont get hurt. Dr. Prigmore is easy to understand and I dont feel that I have to wait too long to be seen. Dr. Prigmore was recommended to me and if he decides to retire, wed be happy for him but sad.

The idea of dental visits mirroring a scene from a horror movie is longer the trend when you visit Dr. Prigmores Office. Ive been going here for roughly three years now. His office is located just off interstate Highway 80. The staff is perhaps the strongest variable as to why I continue dental services here. Not to undermine Dr. Prigmores people personality, but the staff team helps to raise the experience bar. Their very inviting and down to earth. Appointments are flexible and planned months in advance through text messages and emails. The office is comfortably organized and clean. During my last session, Marcella, set me up with a great deal on a very first waterpik flosser, which I just enjoy and use frequently. If youre looking for a solid practice and comfortable atmosphere, Dr Prigmore is the way to go!

Best dentist ever. I dont like shots or dental work so it was important to find a doctor that could make it painless and quick. The topical made them painless and he got the nerve on the first try. Almost instantly numb. He found ways to save money and improve my smile. I cant tell you how wonderful the whole team is, there are no words. They are so kind and caring and they dont price gouge like other dentists. The important thing to know is that he can do root canals and advanced procedures and does them well so it will save you thousands of dollars as you will not have to go see a specialist with a referral unless you need to be in a surgical environment. Im usually nervous but no gas or pills were needed as the staffs calm and confident demeanor also helped me calm down.

Ive been visiting Dr. Prigmores office in Vallejo for many years and I actually look forward to my visits. Dr. Prigmore has always been gentle, kind, and professional. His staff are always professional, caring, and friendly, as well. I look forward to seeing the staff and I consider La Toya and Marcella as "old friends." Over the years Ive only had to wait maybe one time due to an emergency,but for the most part Im in and out in an hour. The office is relaxing and comfortable...and they have great music-not elevator music! When conversation about dentists come up I always tell people "I love my dentist!"

For over 10 years the offices of Dr. James Prigmore has provided our family with prompt, professional, and comprehensive service at reasonable fees. Dr. Prigmore shares his dentisty knowledge in laymans terms with his clients giving them thorough information concerning any procedures being performed. This is very calming Not only that, his support staff from La Toya the office manager who we appreciate how thorough and thoughtful she is, to all of his RDAs; Marcella, Tracy, Krissy and Kelly are incredibly competent. Whenever retires, hes going to have to refer our family to someone who is just like him.

Dr. Prigmore is such an amazing dentist. He is great with patients who are afraid to go to the dentist. He knows how to get you to smile when you come in with a tooth ache. He makes your experience with him a lasting one. After being traumatized as a child I have always been terrified of going to the dentist but Dr. Prigmore makes me feel at home and talks me through everything hes doing. His staff is so friendly they will answer your questions and just like Dr. Prigmore they make you feel like family.

My past experiences with dentists was never a good experience during my childhood. I was referred by a friend whos been a client for many years with Dr. Prigmore and decided to check it out. Dr. Prigmore and his staff were very attentive with my fear and were very reassuring. I like that the Dr. Prigmore and his Staff lets me know what to expect, so that Im not caught off guard. Ive been a client for a little over 4 years and the experience has been very positive one.

Dr. Prigmore is an amazing dentist!! Every dental detail is carefully noted and watched in your chart. Over the years, Dr. Prigmore has filled cavities, aligned my teeth when I got them out of whack, and capped a tooth or two. He is awesome and he has been my dentist for over 25 years and he is still the VERY BEST. I would not want to go to any other dentist. His office staff is great and it is like visiting with friends when I make my visits.

Dr. Prigmore is without a doubt the finest dentist I have ever seen. Ive probably been to ten dentists in my lifetime and he is by far the best. He keeps me informed of what he is doing and what I need to have done. His chairside manner is the best and I trust his judgement and treatment program implicitly. He is the only doc I know of that can honestly hang a shingle outside his office that says "Painless Dentist" and mean it!

excellent service from the receptionist , as soon as i entered the office her smile was warm and very professional then i was introduced to DR. Prigmore, he was very professional as well i also was introduced to the staff, and they were so nice..... I have been to many dental offices . but none compares to the services i recieved at DR.Prigmore., i was made comfortable. i am very very sattisfied with his work .........
