I wish I could give this place negative stars. I have a list of problems/issues with this place. Unfortunately, I have a limited amount of space. I have had to wait up to two hours to get called in on top of showing up early and there being no more than a handful of patients. When I finally get into a chair, I have had to wait up to one hour for someone to even take notice of my existence. When I get my cleaning done, I have to be moved to a different chair just to wait even longer for someone to remember Im there. Customer service sucks. Receptionists are very rude and dont seem to know what theyre doing. Lack of professionalism amongst the dental assistants and overall lack of communication. I am never told what they are doing and/or why. Told me I had five cavities that needed to be filled ASAP. I know what a cavity feels like and if it was that urgent, I wouldn’t have no pain at all. Decided not to get any and they still wanted to charge me for them. When getting a cleaning, they get water all over my face, chin, and neck along with pinching my lip with the saliva ejector. Assistant doesn’t even pay attention. Rather just spaces out or listens to coworkers’ conversations to the point where she thought I had gotten the fillings and gave me directions for the numbness. Had to pay $400 for the cleaning and was told I had no choice but to get that cleaning and pay even though I had no knowledge about any of this. Assistants always talking about personal problems. Always given appointment cards for appointments I never choose. Have to call corporate to reschedule. Horrible place. Update: manager saw this, looked me up, and called me to try to get me to go back

Western Dental has the worst customer service in general! This office here in watsonville sucks and the staff sucks they are so unprofessional and talk about personal topics with each other instead of helping patients before and after their appointments. They have no clue what they are doing. I got my braces here and i honestly wish I would have gone to Dr Connolly instead. I have seen the way Dr Connolly works and he actually takes the time of day to see what each patient needs and really explains how the treatment is going. At western dental they just stick you in a chair, dont say a word to you, and work on your mouth and send you on your way. If i want to know how Im progressing I have to ask like 100 questions because if it wasnt for me asking they wouldnt explain one thing. I 100% dont recommend western dental in general. They are okay at first but after you sign the contract its all downhill from there. Its not worth saving a couple hundred dollars and settling for the worst customer service. You will regret it if you have them treat you. I should have listened to the rest of these reviews and not signed the contract. If you try to end your treatment they will charge you like 1,000 just to get them off and be free from the binding contract. I have tried calling the corporate office explaining to them my concerns and the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HUNG UP ON ME. WESTERN DENTAL YOU SUCK. I HOPE PEOPLE LISTEN TO THIS AND TAKE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. DONT RISK IT.

Tengo muy malas experiencias de este establecimiento, el tiempo de espera es horrible a pesar de tener cita previa , los productos muy malos , hace dos años me puse dos coronas ,hace seis meses se me cayó una ,fui a que me la colocarán para atrás y me salieron con que nesecitava otro procedimiento , ayer se me cayó la segunda y ya llame para hacer la cita ,la tengo el lunes 12/21/2015 a ver con que me salen ahora . Mi recomendación es que si van a este establecimiento pidan garantías de lo que les ponen por que si es mucho el dinero que se invierte para que sólo lo tengan por menos del tiempo que ellos dicen.

The experience is so bad I cant believe They are in business. We have had literally 3 appointments driving down from Santa Cruz and somehow they have been unable to follow through on getting a simple Teeth cleaning done. Its infuriating. This appointment was scheduled for 10 am, and they wanted us to wait for 2 hours! to get the cleaning, then said they could not guarantee the cleaning would get done, only The exam. They said they only had one doctor, and that the people at corporate didnt communicate with them and just scheduled people. They also in the past Had given me wrong information, as well as not being able To pull up their own companies Insurance records that they sold, as well as saying they didnt know info about Their own program they sell, because It was online. What a joke. And of course they cant give a refund in office for the dental insurance and have no back end number to their corporate offices. Seriously ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I thought I could deal with this because of the discount, but when I cant even count on a cleaning, how I am I to expect I can even get into see someone for an appointment much less have the work done correctly.

horrific just horrific. not only do they make you wait for nothing, but the front desk staff is incompetent as well as doctors who really dont know what they are doing. my last time there i had to wait an hour to reschedule an appointment because the the lady working the front just thought i should be doing something else. the dr. said i needed to have 4 teeth pulled; got to one till i went to another dr and found out that none of it was true every tooth could be saved EASILY. i dont know whats so wrong with this place. on every aspect they failed. and i pray that no one else suffers at there hands the way i did. i have a major infection from the work they have done 3 weeks ago. the F@#KERS wont let me close my account with them over the phone. they are by far the worst dental experience that there is. oh and just to show how little they know how to do the job assigned to them they let me keep a bloody tooth that they just pulled which in CA that breaks somany hippa and osha laws

Cecilia es de finanzas siempre me ha ayudó con mis planes de pagos y me explica en detalles lo que voy a firmar. También me dan mis citas en la tarde por mi trabajo. Por lo regular me atienden pronto.

Okay so me and my brothers went for a check up. This was our first time here,and there was hardly any people in the waiting room. so they took about an hour to call us back, & once they did, they had the charts wrong, and they took about another hour just so the dr could give the assistant how many cavities we had. They also come to us & then they would leave and help other patience. Also they said i had 5 cavaties and i went to another dentist and i only had one! On top of that, you couldnt even understand the Dentist. The orthodontist was much better than the actual dentist. Its just that the orthodontist doesnt really give you much option, i mean hell let you explain what you want, but at the end its what he wants. Hopefully i will never have to come back here again.
