A freakin joke. Its starts with reception They are clueless. I scheduled an appointment ten days in advance will Jill. She called me back and verified coverage. She told me that it wouldnt be effective until feb. 1st for a root canal. I started getting text messages about my appointment being for jan31. I had to call and tell them that wasnt the date we agreed upon. She. Allen me back later that day to verify if I would be able to make it. I said yes. I have been in pain for five days straight! So today is the date of my appointment mind you Im in pain. I called her an hour prior to my Appointment and she told me they didnt take my insurance.

Horrible my crown fell apart, they offered to redo it but it seems the whole staff doesnt know what they are doing. I visited another dentist to fix the problem Had to pay twice.
