I have an infected tooth thats been causing me trouble for months, the problem escalated until it was keeping me up every night and sending shooting unbearable pain through the right side of my head. Ive been getting a root canal done there on a different tooth for months (yes they spread one appointment out for that long) and telling them of the problems for months as well. They wouldnt listen, eventually I had to go to urgent care who said I needed to see a dentist immediately (yeah, about that...) There office could care less and refuses to fit me in anywhere for an appointment for the other tooth since they werent done with the first. Anyway antibiotics from the hospital helped a bit with pain and I had gotten to the point where I was disoriented all the time and losing my balance randomly, its still iffy but at least the hospital was willing to help with what can apparently be a life threatening tooth infection. Feels an awful lot like malpractice to me. Stay away from this office, they put bureaucracy first and dont seem to care whatsoever about dental emergencies.

The employees take double parking in a lot for about 12 cars. Patients have to park a few blocks away and some park at the entrance blocking the entrance and on the fire lane. Good luck trying to get out, while half your face is numb.

The staff have always. Been respectfull kind and they do a good. Job with my teeth clearing and filling
