Whoever wrote the previous commment must be related person to the business one way or another coz non of them are true. I choose this place based on the google review and i think most of the business these day have a significant importance on consumer review and rating, saying that i had a really bad experience with the employee who take cares of insurance and bla, Im not talking about the destist here coz i never get to see him. He might be a great dentist who knows!!!!!!!! what happen is, I went there with my insurance information to get and appointment, after 2 minute conversation the front desk lady told me she will contact me after reviewing my insurance plan with the insurance provider about my cost and fees. She did called me after couple of ours and told me that my insurance is not active and i needed to fill some missing paperwork with the insurance provider. Evnthough I knew my insurance card is good to go but i still called my provider and checked if everything is good and go and like i said it was active and ready to use, What annoying is, Than again lady called me and told me to cancel my appointment unless im ready to pay out of pocket. Coz some how they dont wanna to use my coverage. Who knows the reason........... im left here with my broken teeth until another appointment. If ever Angie picks a phone please hang up coz you dont wanna deal with big mouth (a really big big mouth).

They have a good balance of professionalism and compassion. When I became disabled they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Dr. John and Dr. Tran are top tiered clinicians.
