Ridiculous wait times, They double and triple book to the point their patients most time reschedule only to have to deal with it again.., Love Brianna and one other RDA but thats it. The short new dentist injured the mouth of one of my kids, sent my husband to an Oral surgeon for the injury she caused during an extraction. Surgeon said she bit more than she could chew making large injury to mouth. I Started Braces for another child there and it would be months in between awaiting an answer of next step. Then, the new dentist injured my mouth by fixing a filling and I told her I wasnt numb yet, she numbed the wrong side and I was in excruciating pain because I felt what she did, it took a few injections to numb me by then and now I have an issue with that tooth and nerve. **** To sum it up, I Do Not recommend this place, My family and I have since moved on to a great Dental office in Brentwood, Bright Now!, and between the Customer service, cleanliness, General Dentistry for my family and Orthodontics for my 2 kids who have Braces now Amazing service, helpful staff and Dentists along with their beautiful Office! Barely to no wait time Ever =)

I very unhappy with Dr Xie she charged my insurance for services that I never got. Be aware of this Dr. I will never go back to see her again. On top of that she took forever to see me I spent all morning on her office just for x-rays and dental cleaning what a fiasco.
