Sky Dental has provided me with exceptional customer service from their office staff who always calls to remind me of my appointments to their warm warms smiles upon arrival. I know when I visit Sky Dental I will leave happy because I am treated like a valuable patient not another insurance account number. Debbie has been my dental assistant and she always knows what I need without me having to ask. Her personality lights up a room. Since childhood I was terrified of the dentist and she erased my fears by focusing my attention on other things. She has been a true blessing in prepping me for my procedures. Nothing was a surprise!! Dr. Siamack Jafari DDS. is professional, gentle, and detail oriented. My teeth and gums are healthier than they have ever been. He was very communicative throughout all of my procedures which put me at ease. He worked hand in hand with me to identify what I needed short and long term. Then he coordinated those needs with his office staff and my insurance company to maximize my time and money. I love saving money but value a clean fresh mouth and beautiful smile. I know by choosing Sky Dental not only am I getting the utmost for my money but also know my time there will not be wasted. I haven’t waited in the lobby any longer than ten minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Siamack Jafari DDS. and Sky Dental. Thanks so much for a job well done.

Three months to shuttle an appointment,not because they are sooo busy,but because the staff was too lazy to get the numbers right with the insurance company...ok.Just to get two teeth pulled required an "oral surgeon" ok I understand that hustle,every dentist dies it.Anyways being THE ONLY person in the office that morning I thought it would be quick.But I was wrong.The thing that makes this place so unique is the amount of paperwork they attempt to make you sign.Its almost like the have no idea why youre there.I didnt realize it at the time but while I was talking to the billing lady,another lady was posted up behind the wall at the desk monitoring personal information for the doctor.OK understand that I have two painful wisdom teeth and Im really not in the mood for some third world doctor to start joking around.You know its a shame,I was spending atleast a thousand dollars for my daughter in that place but now my money goes to a more professional establishment.P.S. beware of the blonde chick with bad skin posting up while you do your front desk work...

Sky Dentals new practice is warm and inviting. I would recommend Sky Dental, located in Pittsburg, CA, to anyone who experiences anxiety when visiting the dentist. I have never been a big fan of the dentist; to be honest I dread going. When I moved to California three years ago I was in search of a new dentist and a colleague of mine had recommended Sky Dental. Since that time, I have returned to Sky Dental time after time; now going to the dentist is not such a dreaded experience for me. About two weeks ago I had been experiencing quite the tooth ache and even though I moved about a year ago from the East Bay into San Francisco I knew just who to call. The diagnosis was a root canal; eek! My first thought was sheer panic but after all was said and done it was a breeze. Much credit goes out to the staff, dentists, and specialists for always making my experience very pleasant.

The good reviews are obviously posted by staff of this horrible dental office. There are twice as many office staff as dentists in this place, which is never good sign. Besides having higher overhead costs, which ALWAYS get passed on to you in sneaky, evil ways, the staff will spend a great deal of energy figuring out ways to seperate you from your hard earned money. The entire staff is conniving and dishonest and I swear to you that you will regret the day you walk in this office. Pittsburg, CA is a terrible city (this office is around the corner from the most dangerous, crime ridden shopping center I have ever seen) and this office fits right into the neighborhood. The businesses in this area get robbed all the time, and so will you, just not at gunpoint...

I do not recommend this place at all to anyone. I went for an appt on 3/12/13 for a regular exam and cleaning. I come out with NO cleaning and a treatment plan for over $3,000. Being that I used to work for a dentist, I know how they work and how MOST will steel your every last dime and LIE about what they see. Of course, I go and get a second opinion the week after and come out with a full cleaning and a treatment plan of under $700. What Sky Dental did is totally not acceptable. Something is totally wrong and I feel sorry for those being taken advantage of. Especially for Seniors and low income families. If you go here or have an appt...GET A SECOND OPINION and see for yourself. Good luck!!

I use SkyDental and Dr. Mack Jafari for my entire family. My wife recently had major work done here including 2 root canals. The environment and personal attention the oral surgeon and dentist gave helped comfort a very scared patient. I had 4 cavities that required drilling, and of course everyone is afraid of the drill, but Dr. Jafari again made the process as painless and convenient as possible. Very organized office with low wait times and extremely well trained and professional staff. No one likes getting their teeth worked on, but the team at Sky Dental takes good care of my family and we will continue to come back to see Dr. Jafari.

It is a delight to recommend Dr. Jafari, Debbie, and the rest of the staff at Sky Dental. That’s right, I used the word “delight” about a dentist! After years of neglecting my teeth, the fates (and a broken tooth) lead me to their office some years ago. They saved my teeth with their professional and friendly care using modern tools, techniques, and anesthetics. Okay, I know you are worried about the needle, I was too, but Dr. Jafari and his team are the best. Face it, good dental health is extremely important and requires some time in a dentist’s chair - I’m happy to recommend the chairs at Sky Dental!

we just recently moved to this area . sky dental and Dr jafari was recommended to us by my sister. I started seeing Dr jafari few months ago and now our entire family goes there. this is a busy office with multiple dentist but they are all great and very helpfull. Dr Jafari makes me feel comfortable and listens to my needs at all times and has good sense of humor. The staff is pleasent and caring. They use modern technology and cool digital xrays. I really like the childrens dentist Dr Ford as well. I would recommend Sky dental to anyone and thanks for taking good care of us. PT

Sky Dental is an amazing office. I felt so at home and at ease with the staff. The front office was a huge help. I hadnt been to the dentist in years, but they helped me out with everything and answered all my questions. Not only that, but i also had my kids with me an they were great with helping me handle them while I was doing paperwork. They were excellent. I have a phobia of dentists, but these doctors were so gentle and sincere that I no longer have a problem getting my teeth cleaned! I had a great experience and Im greatly looking forward to my next appointment!
