Best experience we have ever had at a dentist office. We brought our 5 year old with a broken tooth. They got him in for a consult within a day and was able to do over an hour of work that same visit. This is unheard of in that industry. Also, the staff was friendly and the female dentist who treated him is a miracle worker. I planned on getting him completely put under for his dental work because he is deathly afraid of needles. it usually takes 3 people to hold him down for a shot. However, she reashured me they stand up to their name gentle dentistry and its so true. She distracted him and did it so well that he had no idea she even given him the shot. AMAZING! ! Our son has had a second appointment for a couple cavities and he still didnt feel the needle so it wasnt just a fluke. I wish we werent moving out of town because my whole family would go there from now on if we could. I cant say enough to describe how impressed I am with everyone. Great job guys! My son loves getting dental work done after going here, when he was scared in the past. Now thats impressive.

Head note: Accepts TriCare/Delta Dental, for veterans and their families. I have had over 30 fillings in my life time, been to five different dentists, and have never been to such a place before. I had to bring my two year old here today after having great check ups already. They were so good to him and made him comfortable, he was in and out with little struggle. He left saying, "My doctor dentist she nice!!" I just had a filling done and it was insane. It was the first time I ever had a shot and didnt even feel it. The dreaded dental numbing shot was already mostly done and I was still bracing for impact of the plane that never crashed. The staff are phenomenal. If I keep going on Im going to start sounding like a paid actor. Go here. Cancel all your previous appointments. I left this place after a filling blasting music and singing (in my head of course, numb vocals arent very appealing). Never going elsewhere until we move out of the area.

We changed dental insurance, so we came to Oroville Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Catalina Madrigal was fantastic, explained everything in a manner I could understand, very kind. The whole office from the staff at the desk to the Doctors where so friendly and professional. My wife and I are so happy we switched dentist! We didnt release how far behind our old dentist was until we experienced Oroville Gentle Dentistry! Thank you all staff and Dr. Madrigal, you are all just the best hands down...thank you

The staff is always super friendly and professional. The longest wait time I have had to be seen was ten minutes. My whole family comes here. I started bringing my daughter here when she was 1, and they were patient with her and didnt force her into anything. She loves coming to the dentist and having her teeth cleaned.
