This was my first experience with the staff at Uptown Wellness Center in Whittier. As an Ambassador for the Whittier Area Chamber of Commerce, it is my desire to promote the businesses within our community. So, I bought a promotional offer for my fiance and I to try the services at UWC. I can say this: The massage was amazing and the staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. Specifically, Maribel (the massage therapist) had the education, training and experience to know how to alleviate the pain from my sore muscles. Its very rare to find a therapist who can effectively target the areas of concern and resolve them as much as humanly possible. In summary, I recommend UWC to anyone looking for a well-qualified Chiropractic, Massage Therapy or Sports Injury Rehabilitation Facility. Call and make an appointment today!

I called and asked if they had openings for two appointments so that my wife and I could attend at the same time with massage groupon bouchers. It was my wifes b-day and she suffers from sciatic pain so I wanted to treat her. They said yes they would honor the bouchers at that office, but I would have to wait a few days for the two openings. I said no problem and scheduled the appointments. Upon arrival at check in they told me my wife was not on the schedule and they had no more openings. I decided to let my wife take my place and then the receptionist tells me they dont accept those bouchers at that office. So far this is the worst experience Ive ever had while trying to get a massage.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a Valentines weekend massage and knew about Uptown Wellness Center from driving past it a few times. I felt immedately comfortable there. The facility inside is really clean and calm and the treatment rooms were soothing. Due to our last minute planning, I was only able to get a 30 minute massage, but wow! What a great 30 minutes! About three months of built up tension in my shoulders and back were released. The massage therapist I had (Sade) was fantastic. I highly recommend Uptown Wellness Center and will return as often as possible.

Like everyone else, I have tried many massage and chiropractic offices in and around Whittier city -- but none have nearly come to close to this office. I come for my weekly massage and feel just great. I have referred my family, friends, co-workers and relatives to uptown wellness center for chiropractic acupuncture, sports physicals and of course massages. My uncle who has back-disk problems is getting the new spinal decompression treatment at this center and loves it.

Uptown Wellness Center is convenient, affordable and fast for youth sports physicals. While other "quick clinics" charge $39 or more, the fee here is only $20 and no appointment is required. They are professional, thorough and even remembered my grandson from his football physical last year. Its nice to know there is a great location in Whittier that doesnt break the bank or make you jump through hoops.

This place is great! my fiancé and I had decided to get a massage before the wedding and man did we need it. Our therapists worked out all of our stress and got us set for the wedding not to mention all of the dancing that we did all night! we definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to just relieve all of their stresses of their life in just an hour :^)

These people are horrible with medical reports. I have been asking for my final medical report since 2012 and to this date they have NOT given it to me even after I said I would pay for it because I need it to settle my auto claim. After two years, they said it now costs $600 after they had quoted me at $75. Would not recommend them.

My wife and I had great massages for our first visit... the next week I found myself needing a chiropractor . This has been the nest chiropractor I have ever been to. My wife and I have a great experience and appreciate the "wellness center mentality" incorporating massage, chiropractic, and physical therapy.

Professional, friendly and I dont have to drive to Beverly Hills to obtain this class act establishment. Very impressed. Treatments where excellent. Doctors five star status. after a stressful day of job recruiting and driving all over so cal freeways, there is absolutely nothing like the hands of a skilled massage therapist at UPtown wellness -- and theyre all awesome! I just wish they were open on Sundays:-( but hey Saturdays aint bad. im gonna try acupuncture next.

I love going to the wellness center, they made my back feel so much better after I injured myself. My sister had a neck issue and they made her feel a lot better! Would definitely recommend to anyone with any back or neck pains.
