We had the sleep study within a day of calling, but their standard processing time to get the report to your doctor is 7-10 business days - i.e. 2 weeks - even though they have the results the next day. They also dont have a contract with Aetna for the machine ordered by the Dr., so they cannot supply it. They forwarded our Dr.s order to their supplier, and never followed up. We only found this out when we called back ourselves at 9 business days. Their supplier only works 8-4 M-F. Weve now found our own supplier for the machine, and are still working on getting treatment, now going on two and a half weeks after the study. Alpha Sleep has quite possibly provided the worst procedure/customer service experience Ive ever seen in all my years dealing with healthcare providers. The techs working for Alpha Sleep are great, but the business is just terrible.

Absolutely rude. Janelle will deign to condescend to you about buying equipment at a highly exaggerated price. If you like being treated like dirt, they by all means go to AlphaSleep Diagnostic Center. UPDATE (20 minutes later): Just bought the exact same CPAP and nasal pillow mask system online for $342.74 less than this rip-off place and, best of all, without having to deal with Janelle. Winning!

went to this place about ten years ago,spent the night sleeping there and the was told to wait a week and call in for the results ,well after numerous attempts to reach someone there and leaving call back numbers never got a reply and still dont know the the results all these years later
