Didnt open the doors till 7:07AM. 12 people waited an additional 30 minutes before the first patient was taken back for blood drawl. Highly recommend finding somewhere else, this is ridiculous! The lady is running the show by her self, front desk and blood work. The manager needs to recognize what over working employees is and what making customers wait 1.5 hours is!

When speaking to the receptionist yesterday, we were told no appointment was necessary, as afternoons are never busy for them. We have now been waiting for the ONE and ONLY employee (who is also the receptionist) in a packed room for almost an hour now. Apparently the 2nd employee called in sick...a whole lab testing phacility and only 2 employees?! Unprofessional!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went into this location for very time sensitive blood work and the computers were down. I understand the computers being down because it sometimes happens at my job, but the girl at the front desk did not care enough to try to help me out in anyway. Her only response was to go to a different location. Rude and uncaring.

I was worried about the timing because I was there for my one hour glucose testing but the woman there was very accommodating. I told her what time I drank my juice and she made sure to draw my blood exactly at the hour. She was friendly and super quick! Very pleased with my experience at this location.

Definitely not customer oriented. The people seemed uninformed and unhelpful. If this is a lab they should have access to last time you visited and also your doctors orders. Had to wait and get another copy from the doctor - orders had been faxed already twice before - had to take a hard copy.

Very clean new building, the women who helped me was so sweet and kind with everything. Best experience for getting blood drawn and they got me in super fast.

Took over 48 hours just to receive a fax stating lab work was not run. Both myself and my doctor are not happy. Use a different lab company.
