Ive been here a handful of times. Theyre staff is consistently rude, unmotivated, and they mess up my billing nearly every time. They have double billed me multiple times and they send me collection notices for bills Ive already paid. When calling the facility to fix these issues, the person answering the phone says they cant handle any invoice questions and directed me to billing customer service which includes a 10 minute wait to talk to anyone. Their customer service level is at par with cab drivers before Uber was invented.

This place is a joke. Theres usually only 1 person working to both check people in AND do blood work. They also seem to lose orders faxed from doctors pretty frequently.
