Very disappointed in the infection control practices by this lab. I went in for routine blood work. The tech that took the blood sample did not wash or alchohol sanitize her hands when she entered the room. She then wiped the area of my arm with an alcohol swab and then retouched the area with an ungloved and unwashed hand right before she stuck the needle in to draw the blood. Left a message with the head of territory and no return call yet. Will not be returning to this location.

Quick and easy and didnt even get light headed. Im usually pretty nervous about getting lab work done but the woman who drew my blood (short, curly hair) was a pro. Dont know where all the 1-star reviews came from. Felt comfortable, safe, and would highly recommend.

Would give them no star if posibble. Granted it was busy but the front desk lady wasnt very friendly maybe she needed more help. Not to mention its way too small n cramped and when a lot of people are there it starts tool sink!

Had a 10:00 am appt and its now 11:15 am and still waiting. Slow, inefficient, and advise others to use a different lab.

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I usually go in the afternoons, so maybe that helps.
