The male receptionist/medical assitant whatver he is...wouldnt assist without my medicaid card. When I know they can look up Medicaid without the card or number...First medical place to ever make me go back home and get the card. The lab was for my son..pushing out getting his dosage of antihistimine over office politics (making it hard for customer so they dont actually have to do their job)and control tactics of this guy. If it wasnt for the fact the other 2 lapcorps close before 4 pm and this one stays open til 5pm..i would never have gone back...quest is so much better. Next time I get lapwork im going to tell the dr to please change it to quest so I never have this horrible experience again.

These people are the rudest people Ive come across in a long time. No one was behind the front desk when I walked in. I could hear them talking in the back though, mostly about Facebook and skin lotion. Real heavy stuff. I waited a couple minutes, then rang their bell on the counter. A voice from around the corner shouted at me to sign my name on the sheet and sit down. OK.... A bit later some lab tech shows up behind the counter, is equally rude about taking my information. He then fields a phone call and tells whomever is on the other end of the line to go pound sand about whatever he was calling about. Seriously people, if you dont like your job, just quit.

I had a great time at Labcorp. Drug testing is never fun but the staff made me feel comfortable. Obviously some people are stupid and suck at following directions and blame others for their own problems. Dont get me started on the pregnant crackheads that have to prove to the court that they are fit for parenthood or to the dad that it is indeed his kid but aside from some of the silly patients with no patience this place was very professional and had a streamlined process. For future reference dont bring your children to your drug test!

The staff is always friendly towards me. Ive had to bring my son with me a couple of times to get my blood drawn and they have always be nice to him as well. Ive never had to wait long for any of the medical tests I have had to get done. Ive never had issues with billing or insurance payments.

Miss Roberta was amazing!!! I have an awful time getting my blood drawn. I always feel sick and lightheaded during and afterwards. She kept me calm and made sure that I was comfortable. I didnt feel my usually woozy and was able to get errands done after my visit! A+ experience!

Sitting here right now, and the receptionist is not very friendly or quick. There are patients here and maybe someone needs to remind her to be a little more patient and considerate of the elderly. Maybe she doesnt mean to come off as rude but it sure sounds like it.

I have been trying to correct a billing with them for over about 8 months and have had many response that said they will correct the bill and they have not done it for the entire time and there is no response that they will not assist me terrible org for cust serv .

Rude and insensitive, I agree! needing to give a sample right away, instead of taking it and then I would await turn. I was told to just wait (20 minutes). So I asked the young lady if it was OK to urinate on the carpet while I waited. Clifford L. Laurence, Ph.D.

I went on a Saturday morning. So everyone has a really hard time finding my veins but the staff here not only quickly found it but also was able to get three tubes of blood from me, no mistakes. I was really impressed. And the wait wasnt bad at all either.

Went for a pre employment drug screen as a walk in. The lady at the desk and the tech were super nice and I did not have to wait more than 15 min. Good experience.

They did the wrong test to my son. He is only 4yrs and now we need to take him back after waiting for more than a month for the result .
