I am disgusted with the business practices of this facility! I knew what everyones lab work was for, what they were getting, and who their provider was by the time I left. They asked me for my credit card immediately before I was sent to the back to have blood drawn. I told the receptionist that I was not comfortable giving that. She then asked for my card number and an email so they can tell me how much they charge my card AFTER services are done. I asked why I couldnt be told now how much it would be. She stated that there was no way to know how much my insurance would cover. I explained that I knew what percentage would be covered so I need prices of all the tests that would be performed. She said that she couldnt give me that even though I had the codes in front of me. Smart for the business maybe to take credit card numbers to charge after you leave the office, but not smart to retain customers. Stay away!!!

I had an electronic version of my lab order but they had no email address that I could send it to so that it could be printed out and my blood drawn. What kind of front desk doesnt have an email address in 2016? Get with the times, people. Instead I went downstairs to Colorado Lab Services and they printed it for me.
