I have small veins, so I always state this on check in and ask for the most experienced person on staff. I was told here that any of their staff was able to handle me. When the first thing a phlebotomist says to me is, "Gee your veins are small," I know I am in trouble. This one had trouble finding a vein, and kept having to readjust the needle in my arm, saying the blood flow was slow. It was painful and I left with bruises. I have had many positive blood draws, including the one before this when 12 vials of blood were taken and I barely felt anything.

Extremely mediocre. Staff is just friendly enough not to be rude. Very poor instructions were given on what to do. However, blood was drawn painlessly and I was in and out quick.
