Above and beyond!!! On Wednesday I was supposed to return some lab samples to Quest. We were scheduled to leave town early Thursday morning. These samples were very important because my doctor was going to recommend antibiotics based on the results. I arrived at the Boerne location at around 5:00 pm only to discover they closed at 4:30pm. I panicked. I began trying to find a telephone number to call to see what I could do when I saw this lady in the parking lot getting into her car and regonised her as working for Quest. I jumped out of my car and asked her a huge favor. Could she let me back in the lab to drop off the samples (one of which had to be frozen). She was already late leaving but opened the office back up for me. She recorded the time the samples were received and put new labels on them. Without her I would have to delay these results for a week and continue to suffer without knowing which antibiotic should be described. I cant thank her enough. This angel name is CHRISTINE!! And she saved the day.

Soooooooo sloooooooow. Can be waiting for a long time at this location. They usually only have a couple of people on staff at the most. Scheduling your visit is a must here if you dont have all day. One of these days I will remember to do that before I show up. However, the staff do the best they can and are very nice. Kudos to them.
