When we called to get results on Friday, told the results not in and said there was a release to give results to our law firm. When we called on Saturday, told by a very rude older lady that the results were not in and not on the release (which I knew our firm was on the release). Then on Monday, client called to say he received an email and the results were there on Saturday! I called to speak with someone today, and they said too busy, call back around closing time. Your money would be better spent with another facility.
