The staff were friendly enough. However, they neglected to tell me where to place my cup after using it so I had to carry it out to the receptionist to ask her, where there were other patients waiting to be helped. Embarrassing. I presumed the restroom where I used the cup would have a cubby hole in which to place the cup (like most medical bathrooms have). Not the case here. Also, although the toilet water worked just fine, the sink had NO water. NONE. Nor was there any soap had there been water to wash with. I ended up using some of my own hand sanitizer then finding the nearest rest room once I left the Quest office. Huge yuck factor at this location.

Had a great experience.. no clue why people had issues. Went in for a pre-employment urinalysis and everyone was very professional. When I checked in they said it would be 30 min, which looking at the waiting room, I understood why. It was not dirty at all, so no clue why people are saying that. All in all great experience. Only complaint I could come up with was that they were doing construction in the parking lot so it took a little longer to find a parking spot than normal, but again.. that is not Quests fault. If you chose to go to a different place for lab work that is your call, but all of the 1 Star ratings on here are garbage.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Started reading the reviews as I was getting my blood drawn and wish I would have read them before coming in. THEY ARE CORRECT! And the ridiculously rude guy you have sitting at the front desk is your first mistake! Please keep in mind that the person at a front desk sets the tone for the remainder of the visit. You might want to look further into that choice. The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is for the girl that actually drew my blood. She was a hell of a lot more pleasant to deal with, otherwise -10 stars! And yes, thats a negative sign!

They are doing construction on the building, so it is a little trickier to find the stooge that you are looking for. The staff were very professional. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The staff was kind. I highly recommend making appointments

Make an appointment or not, the tattooed front desk receptionist is rude and she lacks in customer service skills.. overall the employees treat you like 2nd class citizens. Dont recommend anyone going here!

This place is painfully slow, the staff have no sense of urgency and what should be a 5minute test ends up being hours long. If you can avoid this facility I would recommend using a different place.

Dont know what everyone is complaining about. I came in for an appointment for a pre-employment drug test. The staff was courteous. The office was clean. The process was quick and to the point.

Arrived at 7:45 and there was a line of 10 people waiting for this place to open up. They are supposed to be open at 7:30 and I came on my only time free that morning. Horrible!

I highly recommend making appointment and not doing a walk in. They only have one person doing all the work though there is a staff of 3 people working.
