I would give this zero stars if possible. Went here for some "stat" labs. Basically, I needed them to be sent to my MD the same day for treatment options. Tech at the front told me they would be done stat, which according to her meant completed within 4 hours. Great. After my doc had called asking for lab results as LabCorp had not yet faxed them over, I called LabCorp. Called this office who couldnt help me, then called the 1-800 number. Spent 45 min on the phone, most of it on hold, and part of it with two separate people that told me "I cant help you", one of which was a supervisor. Turns out the 4 hour completion time was 4 hours AFTER the courier picked them up. "Due to unforeseen circumstances" the courier picked them up 3.5 hours AFTER I had them drawn, making it impossible for the physician to receive the results at a reasonable time. Mind you, these labs cost $225, and I would NOT have had them drawn here had I known they wouldnt have been done within the 4 hour window I was initially quoted. After speaking to someone on the 800 number, I learned that two of the labs didnt even have the option to be done stat! The receptionist did tell me that they could all be done stat. I actually asked her twice, just to confirm. Again, had I known this initially, I wouldnt have wasted my money or time going here. I called this office back later on and questioned them about the lab results and timing. The receptionist told me she would call the lab they were being processed at in Denver and call me back to let me know what was going on. It is now 8pm (9 hours after my initial lab draw) and I am without my results and was never called back. I highly recommend against going here, or any LabCorp for that matter.

This lab DOES NOT practice standard precautions! Tech doing drug screens did not change gloves after the person before me. First thing I did when I got home was re wash my hands AND my drivers license since she was handling it. If you want to get sick this is the perfect place to go. If you care about your health go to a more reputable lab.

Nasty attitude. Came to drop off lab specimen and had to wait 30 minutes. There needs to a lab drop off and someone attending to those waiting for lab attention

I usually have difficulty giving blood but today was the easiest and most painless experience I have ever had.
