For my 60th birthday, I decided to get a medical checkup. However, for my checkup, I also requested a Cobalt test as I have a cobalt implant and like to keep tabs on my level. The nurse took a special tube of blood for this one test. When the results came, there was no cobalt test mentioned. The nurse called me the next day and said the blood sample got lost. She arranged to have me go directly to "Lab Corporation" in the same building, on the same floor, and have a sample drawn. Being a little needle phobic, I asked the receptionist at the lab if the blood lady was good. "Oh, she is VERY good" was the reply. However after several minutes the "VERY good" lady was still busy in the back, so the young lady receptionist tried to take my blood, and, after 4 or 5 tries, managed to get some blood into a tube. also giving me a 5 inch black and blue bruise on the inside of my arm which lasted for many days. I was NOT happy. A couple days later the test result was "cobalt--none". For someone who has had a cobalt on cobalt hip replacement for three years this is just as believable as saying "red blood cell count---none" I got a bill directly from Lab Corp. for $200 (not from my doctor) I tried to protest this by phone, and got nowhere, so at least I went in person to protest my huge ugly bruise. I asked the lady at the front desk whether the pretty young black lady receptionist (who was not in) really was qualified to draw blood. "Oh yes, we are all certified phlebotomists" she said. "sorry about the hematoma (bruise). It happens sometimes"

I needed to go to LabCorp to get a couple tests done. The first time I stopped by, I just needed to pick up some stuff for a test. The guy who helped me was attentive and extremely friendly. I went online to make an appointment for some blood work. I went in for my appointment and Andy helped me. I didnt need to wait, I was able to get right in. Ive always had problems with fainting while being poked by needles. Andy had me talk about my weekend the entire time and I didnt even feel her drawing blood. It was over before I knew it. She was the best "blood-drawer" Ive ever had. I cant say I loved my experience, I hate all doctor and medical related things, but I would recommend Andy to anyone.

The wait was ridiculous! When I walked in theres was standing room only. But I thought, "no worries, I made an appointment!" And I was happy to see a sign that said those with appointments go first. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, signed a long, long sheet of names and checked the box that said YES, I have a scheduled appointment. It didnt matter!! They went right on down that list, in order of arrival, checked box or not!!! I was there an entire hour! And I was fasting, which they DID ask everyone who came in. (But I dont know WHY, because some didnt need to fast and said no) Grrrrr! Dont go in there if youre in a hurry or need to be back to work at a certain time.

I hate giving low ratings. I truly do. I weigh my conscious before doing so. The staff is kinda rude here. If you try to call, they will pick up the phone and hang it up and never speak to you. They do not want to answer the phone. Additionally, I am a tough draw...but they dont have anyone that can draw blood down here. Its annoying. But...THE WORST PART FOR ME...I have NEVER seen any of them ever wash their hands. They just never turn on a sink to wash. Proper procedure in medicine dictates that they wash their hands before they put on a glove and every single time they take them off! Disease and infection can be caused from not washing hands!

I used to love this location. I have a chronic illness which requires lab work twice annually. I am currently sitting in this waiting room as I speak, and I cant believe how rude this receptionist is being to all of these people! This woman is behaving as if everyone is annoying her, just walking up to sign in. When I misheard her and asked her to repeat herself as she was taking my information, she threw her head back with disgust on her face and said, "I didnt say anything else!" Theres absolutely no reason for this and she should not be working your front desk with such poor people skills.

I went to this office for the first time and I had a great experience Yes they need more people. But if you the customer see that, then you should be more considerate and see the lab technician that they are doing thier very best and trying to expedite the patients as quickly as possible why do people Always see negative instead of positive. Be nice and smile dont make your face look mad as if its there fault. Ladies and gentlemen THANK YOU for doing such a GREAT JOB!!!!!!! I WILL SEE YOU ALL TOMORROW AND DONT LET NEGATIVITY STOP YOU FROM BEING WONDERFUL AND HAVING THAT BEAUTIFUL SMILE.

i hate to give even the one star that how this place service was so bad .the staff are always on they phone . you go in they ask for your order . why cant they use two sense and look up in they computer , oh yea because they busy texting or talking in a girls group they formed in the back desk . I will be going again because this is the only lapcorp thats open Saturday. next time i see this i will mention all they names .

Im not sure who these people are who are giving all the bad reviews. Obviously our experiences were very different. The staff were pleasant, and the wait was very short considering its a walk-in type of procedure. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The phlebotomist Alice has a wonderful demeanor, a great personality, and does her job very well. I know from experience as I used to do phlebotomy myself.

This place is foul, it should be shut down for what it pulled! So I went in October for a blood test and was wondering where are my results, they said I never even went in there to take the test, you dont play with someones life like that, if I could really rate this place I would give them negative five starts for what they pulled.

Appointment at noon. Other people were called ahead of me even though they didnt have appointments. Didnt get called to the back until 12:45. I have pneumonia with a 102 fever and do not need to get other people sick or be forced to be exposed to their germs. Isnt that the point of getting an appointment?

April 29th, 2016 about 12:45 pm. Nasty nasty reception girl! Ill never use this location again, for that matter I probably wont use this company again. Front desk people dont seem to understand what customer service entails... Politeness is one first things that you need to be able to provide!
