quick appointment, I had a great phlebotomist, but when I asked to use the restroom...the one where they apparently collect urine samples and all that jazz...there was no soap, paper towels, or even a trashcan. what the heck. I was disgusted, especially considering its a healthcare facility and people (I assume) go in there to be, ya know, tested for stuff I probably dont want to catch.

Its impossible to get someone to answer the phone. The office hours dont mention what holidays they take, only standard schedule. If you try and schedule an appointment you need to know the zip code of the location youre visiting because thats automated too. Ill go somewhere else, thanks.

Put ink in your fax or ask them to send it again. I cant believe they have me waiting here, its been over 30 minutes at this point. This is unacceptable, I need this blood work done and this woman doesnt seem to care at all.

Agree they dont answer the phone but I went they at 8am and they were quick, sweet and great with a needle. Id go back anytime.
