Look for a different dentist other than Dr. Rones. Hell use your face as an arm rest while working on you, gag you when reaching to pull gauze out of your mouth, or accidentally take the grinder to your front tooth when pulling the tool out of your mouth. I just got home from getting my molded crown put on. The sensitivity of my new crown/tooth is causing extreme discomfort. When I told Dr. Rones this, he became agitated and told me he didnt know what to do and to stop complaining. His unprofessional mannerisms and inability to solve dental related problems in conjunction with an inability or unwillingness to keep working on my teeth until the problem was solved resulted in my leaving of his office in pain because he didnt know how to fix this problem. Dental work can be a real pain sometimes and I will warn anyone against seeing this guy for dental work.

My husband and myself have been going to Dr Rones for almost ten years now. We find him both professional and courteous and down to earth. I had an implant with no complications; crowns, fillings and a mold made for teeth whitening. Im quite fussy where I go and I like how Dr Rones always follows up more serious procedures with a phone call. His staff are equally wonderful people with a good sense of humor and the office is also a very comfortable place to be. Love the Kuerig, love the staff and we are always very happy with the care & work done on our teeth. Thank you Dr Rones & staff. My wife found Dr. Rones after searching for a new family dentist this year. From the very beginning the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have found Dr Rones to be skilled and professional in his approach. I was the first to go in for treatment because I was overdue for a check up. Over the last year have brought my wife and kids in for treatment as well. The real test is how the kids felt about their visits. They both felt very comfortable with Dr. Rones and staff. Looks like we have found our new family dentist.

Dr. Rones stayed very late to see me and evaluate my tooth when a filling dropped out of my mouth, and has gone above and beyond making sure I get the work I need on my teeth. He even called me at 9:00 at night to make sure everything went well after placing a temporary crown! Ive never had a dentist in 40 years that cared so much about my health and my experience being positive! The front desk staff greets me by name after the first visit, and I think he saved me from a root canal, as well! Thank you, Dr. Rones!

Dr. Rones is an awesome Dentist. He takes pride in his work and his patients satisfaction. The more I go to him the better I feel about his manner and techniques. He is a very friendly and sincere person, who truly cares about your experience and comfort during and also after each procedure (He always calls to assure that his patients are feeling good after the procedures, this takes dedication, its a nice touch) Dr. Rones you rock! Have been going to Dr. Rones for over a year and theyve been doing a great job with my cleanings and other dental work. The staff is so friendly and theyve always promptly addressed any concerns and questions. Update - 1/22/15 - The fillings visit went well. The numbness lasted a bit little longer than Id have liked afterwards, but it beats the alternative of not having it. Mouth feels fine today though. So heres to better care and no more cavities! :)

I have been going to Dr. Rones for a couple years now and find the service to exemplary. Always pleasant staff, the most thorough cleanings imaginable and very informative about any issues or concerns. After going to the same dentist for more than 15 years before, and rarely even seeing the dentist (hygienist only) it is refreshing to go to a dentist that takes such a hands-on approach. I highly recommend Dr. Rones.

We started going to Dr. Rones in 2013 and have since moved to Lakewood. We still drive over there several times a year to see him! He is extremely accommodating and allows us to make appointments around our hectic schedule! He is always available after hours and even calls to check up on you in the evening after you have work done! Love this practice!
