I am no longer a patient of Perfect Teeth for for a number of reasons: I went in to get a couple of fillings a few months ago, I had an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early like Im accustomed to, sat down and waited for them to call my name to begin my procedure. Well I waited, and waited until I got tired of waiting and finally went up to the receptionist which, for the first time, acknowledged my presence since I first signed in. She knew the time of my appointment and didnt bother to even look at me once and say she was sorry it was taking so long or anything similar to that. She said shed go back to see what was taking so long and came back saying it would be a couple more minutes. So I waited some more. She went back again and when she came back this time she said the person who was going to do my fillings had to do an emergency root canal on a patient he was already working on and because they were closing soon they would be unable to assist me that day, I would have to make ANOTHER appointment. The receptionist took my address as I was leaving and said to wait for a care package that would come in the mail for my displeasure. That package never came... You could say it was an unpleasant experience. I had to take a day off work, and all to just sit in the dentists office to be told I would have to take another day off work because they couldnt attend me. It was frustrating. After going back the next week I got all my fillings done and never went back. I canceled my appointment I had for a cleaning and when I called to cancel, I said I did not want to reschedule and the receptionist, which was the same one who was there for my failed appointment, began speaking to me in a mocking voice. Asking me if there was a reason why I did not want to reschedule and made it seem like if she didnt care that they were losing a costumer. I understand that Im just one of their many costumers, so she didnt care for losing one, but the way she acted made me realize I was making the right decision by choosing not to go back there. I will be finding a new dental provider as will my other family members who keep getting bills in the mail from Perfect Teeth even though we always pay the full amount given to us from the begining, in the office, the day of the procedure. There is no reason for them to keep getting billed so you will be hearing from them soon as well.

My husband I get our teeth cleanings done the same day so we can try and tag team on watching the kids. Well, my husbands appointment was before I could leave for work so by the time I got there he was already being worked on. The staff was so awesome, they were able to keep the kids occupied until my I got there and then until we were completely done. I have never had such great service anywhere. They went above and beyond what I would ever expect of a business. The hygienist, I believe her name is Renee, was super friendly and so gentle. My husband and I just adored her. So glad we go to Perfect Teeth.

Terrible experience. They over charge you. I first had a appointment to have my teeth drilled for only 3 teeth. And apparently there was 4 when i got billed. And never was aware of it. They tell you what you owe after your insurance. And to tell you the truth. Theyre wrong. They overcharge. Do not recommend. My bill was orginally $125. Then changed to $150. Now it is $324. They are so unprofessional ,unorganized, and rude. The front desk lady is always in some kind of mood. And doesnt tell you the truth. P.s. all they want is your money and to ivercharge you.

This has been my dental office for about 4 years now and they are just great people here. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and feel right at home, they have great costumer service in the front and back of the staffing. Katie she is the one that does my routine cleaning and she has always been kind and never has hurt my mouth to be honest. I have not had nothing major done but the work i have gotten done has been good and i would recommend friends and family here.

I recommend if any one is going for something major get a second opinion, when Goin to brighton office they didnt get to the root of the problem with out telling me i needed things that I did not need and( also telling me what It was going to costs that was key for them ) they ignored something major that was the real issue, you get what you pay for it wont hurt to ask another place to take a look better then being taken advantage of if you pay out of your pocket .

Dr. Richard William Arbuckle out and out lied to me today, saying that it was Colorado law that x-rays and probing were required in order to clean my teeth. I had already signed waivers for not getting the x-rays. I call the dentistry licensing division for Colorado and was informed that this is a standard of care but, not a law. If you want to lied to this is the place to go. This was written by Joe Bustamante on my wifes computer. She was not the customer.

I have gone to Perfect Teeth for a number of years, and I believe they have now put another PERFECT DR. in the position!!! I was on a trip a couple of weeks ago and came home at midnight on a Wed. night, got up on Thurs. morning and call and they got me right in!!! Dr. Coughlin is the GREATEST !!! He is very gentle and professional!!! I would recommend this office to Anyone! They are THE BEST!!!

This place is awesome! It had been a year or 2 since I had seen a dentist. The Hygienist was so thorough with my cleaning and the assistant was awesome. The dentist was great as well! They were even able to get me back in the same day to drill a minor cavity before my vacation. So happy with my visit, I will be back again regularly!

I came in to have an emergent procedure done. They got me in fast took an x-ray and agreed i needed work done then wanted to schedule me a week out. I went to Firestone dental and they got me in and fixed the problem right away. I have been going to Firestone dental since.

Dr. Barron and her assistant were extremely professional and took the time to explain different approaches to the work I needed done as well as assisting me with my understanding of insurance coverage. Everyone there is very helpful and have a great bedside manner
